Alex did a wonderful job on respectful communication and customer service, reading my instructions in advance of arrival, preparing by bringing blankets and a tarp, and lifting everything carefully into the truck, and unloading it here at Costco. Austin, on the other hand, failed all of this, then wrongly attempted to blame me for his failure to read and communicate. - Sarah
Mario and Josue were very friendly and professional. They disassembled and reassembled my dining table with the proper tools and equipment, and I was impressed by how efficient they were with the move. I highly recommend them! - Kristin
Dallas and Rene had excellent communication with me and with each other as they moved my dining table into my home. Thank you! - Jessica
Drakale and Isaac were FANTASTIC - their communication was on point, they were FAST, and they moved a huge dresser all the way up the stairs, and they did it with a smile. So thankful for their help! - Molly
This was not an easy few stair cases to get up - they did it with ease and had the dresser completely wrapped and didn’t touch a thing on the way up! So impressive! Thank you!!! - Lindsay
Carefully carried the dresser up a flight of stairs and placed it where I wanted. Unwrapped it for me. - Stephanie
Sam and Blake did a great job! Navigated a solid oak double dresser down a narrow flight of stairs with multiple landings with turns without any hits to the walls or dresser. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. - John
Amazing amazing job! Respectful of my space and things, wrapped up the dressers and did an incredible job. Couldn’t have done my move without them!! - Natalie
Super friendly and super fast! They managed to pack a bed, couch and dresser safely it only took two trips on the elevator! - Jennifer
They did a great job lifting a very heavy dresser upstairs and getting rid of all the packing material. - Henry
They were both very personable and work hard to get an oversize dresser up the stairs but it was just too large to go around the corner. They worked on trying different ways for over an hour! - Pat
These two men went above and beyond to get our dresser in a tight spot. They were honest and timely. Would hire again - Jamie
They powered through moving our stuff up three flights in a sauna-hot stairwell. Great guys! Would recommend to friends for sure. - Jonathan
These guys were great and helped me disassemble a peloton treadmill. They took a lot of time and care and I would highly recommend! - Lucas
Tried very hard to move my treadmill. Ended up not being able to do it without taking it apart so they gave up but I appreciate how hard they worked. - Betsy
Onon and Myles were efficient, nice, and thorough! They not only moved a heavy treadmill but also took time to troubleshoot a wire that had come detached, making sure that the treadmill was fully functional when they left. Would definitely recommend them! - Meredith
They were amazing! Helped me move a treadmill that was much heavier/larger than expected. This required taking it apart to get it through the door and then putting it back together. They were awesome and super helpful. - Andrea
Ricardo and Justen came to move a treadmill out of my house and down the street to a neighbor’s. This particular treadmill is insanely heavy and it needed to be transported around several tight corners and narrow hallways. Justen and Ricardo took the time to think through how to navigate best and were extremely careful of floors and walls. They were polite, positive, and friendly, and they definitely went above and beyond on a tough job! Thank you! - Elaine
Excellent! Moved a heavy treadmill down to my basement. Did it quickly and mindful of the house and walls! - Darren
Javier and Elerenzo were fantastic! Also so kind to help my 80 year old mother inlaw with pushing her new fridge into the old ones space. Thank you gentleman 🤗 - Vanessa
Jamal and Angelo were amazing!! Went above and beyond helping to get a fridge out of our house in a very tight space. - Maggie
Thanks guys. I can’t believe you got the fridge right where we wanted it to go. That will save me so much work!! - Matthew
Onon and Anarad are fantastic!! They were kind and friendly and very professional. They went above and beyond to help us move a fridge from my house to my mom’s house. They moved the old fridge to the garage and put the new one in place and even helped my mom figure out how to hook up the water to the ice maker. They had to remove handles to get it through the door and it was quite a process to get it in place. They were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process and I’m so grateful we had their help. Please tip them well if you hire them! They absolutely deserve it for their impeccable customer service. - Adin
These 2 gentlemen are amazing representatives of your company. They were extremely patient waiting for a miscommunication between store and warehouse to get resolved. Great communication throughout. They arrived EXACTLY on time, to the minute, on a Friday afternoon in the middle of rush hour. Then they carried 2 extremely heavy boxes up a narrow staircase in the heat, and still had smiles on their faces after all this. I will most definitely use them again, and I highly recommend these two gentlemen in particular. You will be highly recommended to all of my customers from here on out! - Shaun

Costco may deliver items ordered through Costco.com. When you buy in the warehouse and want it home today, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg in Denver before you leave the checkout line, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside, often within the hour. You pay Costco's price for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 2,500 Costco pickups in the past year, from more than 250 Costco warehouses.
Couches and sectionals are the most common Costco run, followed by TVs, mattresses, tables and bed frames. Costco is also where people buy the pieces that are hardest to get home: massage chairs, recliners, patio sets, refrigerators and chest freezers, plus boxed kits like sheds, gazebos, pergolas and saunas. If it fit on a flatbed cart, a Lugg can take it home.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. A pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, covers most Costco runs, and its bed is at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) or an XL (at least 10 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a mattress, a couch or a boxed TV dry on a rainy day. A Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a sectional and the rest of the cart in one trip.
Lugg's weight limit is 125 lb per Lugger, or 250 lb per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Massage chairs, saunas and gun safes can weigh more than you'd guess, so check the weight on the box or the Costco product page before you book, and book a second Lugg for the same time window for anything heavier.
Lugg movers carry your Costco order to the room of your choice, whether that's a third-floor apartment, a bedroom upstairs or the backyard. Measure your doorways and stairwells first so a sectional doesn't stop at the front door. Once it's in place, Lugg movers can assemble it right there in the room, from a bed frame to a patio set. Installation stays with a pro, so hooking up a fridge's water line or mounting a TV on the wall isn't part of the job.
