The team of Cesar and Jesus were amazing! These two young men were extremely polite and professional. They moved swiftly through our home as they moved in the items I purchased from HomeGoods. It is with employees like this that your company won’t go far. Thank you for inventing Lugg it is a great app. - Joan
Not only were they observant and ensured my pieces ended up as they started, but they offered to take on more and help us from carrying more on our own. I had an 8x4ft tempered glass that arrived undamaged. My large teak sideboard, the large glass table and all my chairs with delicate detailing were white glove wrapped, packed and put back together. Very grateful for the care Jeff and Matt took with my furniture. Thank you! - Anna
Super appreciated Sarmad & Joseph bringing my sideboard up a flight of stairs for me, and being careful to not bang anything up. - McKenzie
Great job, thanks so much for getting the buffet out of here for me! Courteous, efficient, and speedy. Hope to be able to use your Lugg services again. - Jill
Fabian and Katarus were able to take the buffet apart to make sure to protect the mirror and got it all to my house in perfect condition. They were communicative and fast and I would highly recommend Lugg and their services in the future. - JJ
They went above and beyond to move a bookcase up two flights with very low ceilings. They even went to the hardware store to purchase a tool that was needed to remove a pair of panels on order to angle the bookcase and get it up to the 2nd floor. - JoAnn
Santos and Alyn were extremely kind, professional, efficient and even helped me lug in a bookshelf I had gotten out of my car and need to haul up some stairs - excellent service, both in terms of the delivery and customer service. I am highly satisfied and will be using lugg again - thank you guys!! - Jodi
Ken and Joey were amazing! They helped me unload a bunch of heavy furniture from my Pod to my house and even helped me assemble my bed and bookshelf. Awesome guys, great teamwork, super friendly. 10/10 would move with them again! - Becky
I would definitely use them again! My son is a little OCD and they had to move thing’s multiple times and each time said “no problem”. Very accommodating, even setting up my sectional couch and tufted headboard. Very pleased. - Paula
Their diligence to make sure I was pleased. There was some concern that the bed/platform wouldn't fit through the door, but they made it work. They moved the old bed downstairs so my renters could use it, and they attached my headboard to the platform. - Carolyn
Drakale and Isaac were FANTASTIC - their communication was on point, they were FAST, and they moved a huge dresser all the way up the stairs, and they did it with a smile. So thankful for their help! - Molly
This was not an easy few stair cases to get up - they did it with ease and had the dresser completely wrapped and didn’t touch a thing on the way up! So impressive! Thank you!!! - Lindsay
Carefully carried the dresser up a flight of stairs and placed it where I wanted. Unwrapped it for me. - Stephanie
Sam and Blake did a great job! Navigated a solid oak double dresser down a narrow flight of stairs with multiple landings with turns without any hits to the walls or dresser. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. - John
Amazing amazing job! Respectful of my space and things, wrapped up the dressers and did an incredible job. Couldn’t have done my move without them!! - Natalie
Super friendly and super fast! They managed to pack a bed, couch and dresser safely it only took two trips on the elevator! - Jennifer
They did a great job lifting a very heavy dresser upstairs and getting rid of all the packing material. - Henry
They were both very personable and work hard to get an oversize dresser up the stairs but it was just too large to go around the corner. They worked on trying different ways for over an hour! - Pat
These two men went above and beyond to get our dresser in a tight spot. They were honest and timely. Would hire again - Jamie
I had a complex sectional that was wired for 3 recliners. They did a great jobs b of setting up. I hope to work with them again some day. Camille Lester - Camille and Jim
Our place is in the mtns and the roads were very slick. They couldn't come down our steep driveway cuz the Van would have never gotten out. They cheerfully carried the 4 sectional pieces 40yards from the top of the snow packed driveway. These guys were better than a moving company. This is our 2nd Lugg experience and both have exceeded expectations. - Pam
Total professionals, were extremely careful with my new sectional delivering it from point A to B. Highly recommend!! - Juliet
Fantastic guys, prompt and super careful with our leather sectional sofa. Thank you! First time using this service but I was super impressed with the communication and updates throughout the process. You can even track them once the item is picked up. We will definitely use this service again and recommend to others. - Becky
They were great. My husband has a bad back, so they were kind enough to help him set up our sectional. Very nice & polite. Great job! - Darlene

Whether HomeGoods delivers depends on the store, so it's worth asking at yours. When the piece won't fit in your car, that's the gap Lugg fills. Book a Lugg before you leave the register, and Lugg movers pick up your purchase and carry it inside to the room you choose, often within the hour. You pay HomeGoods for what you buy, and Lugg's upfront estimate covers the delivery. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has completed more than 4,000 HomeGoods pickups in the past year, from more than 300 HomeGoods stores.
HomeGoods stock changes all the time, so the piece you love today may not be on the floor next week, and leaving it behind to come back with a truck is a gamble. Chairs are the most common HomeGoods Lugg, from accent chairs to recliners, followed by sofas, tables, mirrors and rugs. Console tables, cabinets, sideboards, bookcases and patio sets come home the same way.
Choose a vehicle at least as long as your longest piece. Most HomeGoods runs fit in a pickup truck, booked as a Lite or a Pickup, and its bed is at least 6 feet long and carries a tarp. A Van (at least 8 feet) or an XL (at least 10 feet) is enclosed, which keeps a velvet sofa or a framed mirror dry on a rainy day. A Box truck, 12 to 16 feet, takes a whole room of furniture in one trip.
Lugg movers wrap and strap each piece before it goes on the truck, and the pieces that need it most at HomeGoods are the ones that look sturdy and aren't: an oversized HomeGoods mirror, glass-topped tables and stone-topped consoles. If a piece is heavy, check its weight before you book. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window.
Lugg movers carry your HomeGoods order to the room of your choice, whether that's a walk-up apartment, a bedroom upstairs or the back patio. Measure the doorway and the turn at the top of the stairs before you buy a HomeGoods couch or an armoire, because a piece that fits the room still has to get through the door first.
