Alex did a wonderful job on respectful communication and customer service, reading my instructions in advance of arrival, preparing by bringing blankets and a tarp, and lifting everything carefully into the truck, and unloading it here at Costco. Austin, on the other hand, failed all of this, then wrongly attempted to blame me for his failure to read and communicate. - Sarah

Despite several concerning oversights & mixups by the corporate schedulers which caused us extensive delay, Alex & Scott came through after hours and delivered great service. They took care of the appliance and demonstrated problem solving when moving a large item into a tight area. Luggs were great! It’s confusing the way the pick up window is worded though - hard to know if the user is selecting the DELIVERY time window or the PICK UP (meaning pick up FROM IKEA) window. That could be improved going forward. Otherwise great experience - will definitely use Lugg again! - Emily
