Luis and Guillermo were incredible. I’ve never used the service before. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. They absolutely knew what they were doing. They brought the right equipment. They knew how to pack my furniture. They knew how to unpack it and organize it appropriately. cannot recommend enough! - Tracy
Alex did a wonderful job on respectful communication and customer service, reading my instructions in advance of arrival, preparing by bringing blankets and a tarp, and lifting everything carefully into the truck, and unloading it here at Costco. Austin, on the other hand, failed all of this, then wrongly attempted to blame me for his failure to read and communicate. - Sarah
Very Professional and took care with belongings; also like that they did not waste time, verry efficient - Cynthia
Denis and Jimmy were super friendly and completed a pretty difficult move. Amazing. - Jay
Joe and Robinson were incredible! They managed to get a very large recliner through a narrow doorway and were very good natured about it. They get my highest recommendation! - Paul

Montriece and Angelo are the BEST! Very careful and considerate as they transported my sofa into the family room. Monticello mentioned his father was a Marine which was so meaningful to me. Thank you, guys! Thank you, LUGG -- good operation! - Elaine
Jimmy and Denis were awesome. Moved 3 trips worth of stuff in 1 and saved my time. Took lots of care in moving cat-related furniture and made my life incredibly. 11/10 job could not recommend more. They came at a late hour and saved my time. - Zayan
Montriece was very professional and helpful - the rest of the crew did not show but he was able to move my tread. There were a few bang ups on the machine but we were able to move between homes which includes narrow basement stairs. - Carmel
Denis and Jimmy were excellent. On time, and efficient. They kept the boxes as I requested. I highly recommended them. - Aditya
The gentlemen graciously put on masks for us, as we are auto immune compromised and put on booties to help protect out carpet. I am so very plessed to have found LUGG. - Susan
Manuel & Chris were fantastic Luggers (movers)! They were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to optimizing space with my furniture and cardboard boxes in my U-Box storage/shipping containers. I highly recommend hiring them! - Laura

So efficient and professional! Got my couch into my apartment in a matter of minutes. Wonderful service! - Sophie
This is a great service that solves the biggest problem with apartments in NYC...the logistics of getting large / heavy items from where you buy it up the stairs in walkup buildings. Very efficient website...like Uber Eats if what you were eating was a sofa:) Customer service via in app / web chat responds instantly and are super helpful. Denmark and Vincent (Super Human Luggers) had great communication, were very professional, fast and efficient. Lugg also provides proper COI required by coops/ Condos in seconds. Great service solving a huge NYC problem. Will be using them again. - Ben
Cleyton and Julio were fabulous! They worked hard to fit the contents of a very full 10' x 15' storage unit into one truck. They were kind and respectful. I highly recommend them. - Denise
Esau and Arthur arrived early, had a great attitude the entire time, fun to talk with. Would recommend! - Paul
Alain and Reginald were so nice! They moved my old chair downstairs to make room for new chair. They were clean & well dressed, careful & fast. Other people at the sale noticed how good they were and requested contact info. Plus I love the online tracking, knowing what to expect. I would book again, thanks! - Patricia
Justin and David did a great job! Communicated well, were super efficient and fast, and set up my bed last minute. Highly recommend! - Megan
Denis and Jimmy helped move a stack of used cardboard boxes to Recology for recycling and it was a big help. They were really friendly and I’d use them again. Thank you guys! - Chris
Very professional, and helpful to an older guy who was a bit overwhelmed with loading and securing a big sofa in my trailer. They knew exactly how to wrap and protect the sofa when the furniture company didn’t do anything. - Rick
These guys were amazing and took on a challenging situation with big smiles and great attitudes! I'm very grateful. - Caroline
This was the best moving team I have ever seen. I spent over 25 years in the military, which required me to move every three to five years. This team easily surpassed any moving team I have used in the past. They were professional, polite and provided grade A service. I will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for your the amazing work! - Joe
Since I do not have a Google account, I am using my daughter’s. This is Shari Rogler. I thought Matthew and Chris were wonderful. I had hired a different movie company the day before and they were unable to get my refrigerator into the kitchen. Not only that they made several dents on my brand new refrigerator. But Matthew and Chris assess the situation. In a timely fashion remove my front door, and placed my Refrigerator where it needed to go. I highly recommend them. They were an amazing professional, timely, and courteous. - Sierra
