Efrain & Eduardo were excellent. They were prompt (early, actually), super-quick (they didn't slow down for more time-money!) polite, professional, CLEAN, and very cautious moving furniture to make sure it wasn't damaged--or damaged walls, etc. Furniture was moved from a neighbor's house to mine (both of us are over 60 years), and my neighbor said "Oh! What a smart idea! You just called them and they could come?!" I explained what Lugg is, how it worked and he immediately downloaded the app! Great, quick job all around.

It was such a big help to have your help moving my items from Residence Inn (555 Glenwood) to Sonesta (1350 Veterans Blvd, South SF). 🙏🙏🙏 The situation I was put in was so difficult, with the attempted murder on my life by these violent criminals and murderers at Google (Sundar Pichai, Jeff Dean, Sergey Brin, Larry Page, Paige Bailey, Koray Kavukcuoglu, Yossi Matias, Demis Hassabis, Lorraine Twohill, Josh Woodward, Neal Mohan) who colluded with my landlord Jen Liu (who I assume was fired from Apple) in attempted murder, illegally cut my rent contract short from 8/31/26 giving me only 5 days notice (to 3/15/26) and I got out of there in 2 days. And I had to book multiple hotels because Sergey Brin, Jeff Dean, Larry Brin illegally hacked into hotel websites to book in mass all the rooms for the next few months in a way where I wouldn’t be able to book more than 4 days in one place. I’ve been sharing more about it at X.com/graceechoi and know you mentioned you’re not on Twitter but I’ll try to post to other social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook too. Please tell people about what’s happening with Google to the people around you, don’t use any Google products especially not X.com/googlemaps x.com/geminiapp x.com/gmail because Google is intentionally causing car “crashes” at scale in a horrifying way and please stay safe out there. It’s been a tough ordeal to go through as I report all of these violent horrifying crimes like attempted murder to SF Police Department and hold them to full account in a court of law but I’ve had the chance to meet neighbors from all over the Bay Area like yourselves and the help I’ve gotten from you both Jose and John has made the process more manageable and I’m very thankful for all that you did today to help. Taking apart the bed frame cleared up so much space, and I wanted to say thank you so much again for going above and beyond to help. Ziyair and Eric arrived right at the selected time slot, were extra careful moving a heavy marble table down a flight of stairs and into their truck in a busy neighborhood. They packed it really well, and unloaded it in my kitchen in a flash. Glad to have them!

Two smart and strong men. Olin and Mykola were extremely efficient and even though they had a lot of stairs to deal with on both locations. I noticed that they went out of their way to be polite to my neighbors and listened carefully to all of my requests. I would be glad to hire these guys again, anywhere, for any job. Erik and Ramon went above and beyond to help with my furniture delivery. They picked up and dropped off the couch without me even having to be there, and when I arrived at the end, everything was already taken care of. The neighborhood had a tricky security policy, but he navigated it with ease and made what could have been a complicated situation completely stress-free. They were extremely helpful, responsible, and reliable throughout the process.
Joy and Edwyn were incredible. The reality is I stress over being charged per minute but they were friendly, quick, efficient, and hard working. They helped me move my bed & couch to another neighborhood and went above and beyond with their service. Thank you guys!

Luis and Francesco were amazing! They were able to move the fridge from our neighbors house, who are in the middle of a move, to our home. It went really well, even though they had to remove the fridge doors and back door. No complaining about the many steps to our home either. Grateful to them!

Very impressive! They carried my Nordictrack from the basement level to my upstairs. It took them only a few minutes they were in and out. Very professional. I will definitely be using Lugg again and recommending the service to my friends and neighbors.
Ok y’all are the greatest thing ever- both guys were awesome- beyond efficient- arrived 5 minutes after I bought the furniture- absolutely top notch and so appreciate y’all. These guys were great! They moved quickly but with care. They made sure they weren’t scraping walls or doors and that furniture was protected. When we got to the Memory Care facility to move my mom’s belongings in they couldn’t have been nicer to the elderly neighbors that wandered into my mom’s room looking to be part of the action! I couldn’t have been happier with my Luggers!
