These two were very friendly and called me to check that the item I was buying from Craigslist was correct before taking it. Very efficient as well!
Two people arrived to help me deliver a sofa back home which i had grabbed up for free off of Craigslist and it was really nice too. My first time using a service like this i appreciate it because not only was the price reasonable, i still have the sofa at home to this day. Thank you there Lugg have a nice day. Also took their time to not only answer a few question of mine but show me as well.
Fantastic! I had only 45 minutes to pick up a sleeper couch and ottoman I found on Craigslist. Wellington and Omar arrived right away and were attentive, efficient, and accommodating. This was a huge relief because my living room rug is white and the weather was storming buckets!

These guys were amazing. I bought a dresser on Craigslist that was quite heavy. They went to the location, wrapped the dresser nicely, then delivered it to my apartment. They made sure to ask where I wanted it, how close or far from the wall, etc. they were super attentive. I even asked them to slightly nudge a large armoire to a few inches for me and they did, no questions asked. They were polite, prompt, communicative and super helpful! Would use them again, anytime!

The guy who brought the delivery was great. However lug was abysmal and I’ll never use your service again. I had two logs scheduled. Both were to arrive at the destination between one and 2 PM I didn’t hear a word on either until after 1 PM when I was both were finishing other deliveries but would be to their destination by 2 PM. I’ve learned that that’s cold for we don’t have anyone to send but we’re still working on finding someone. Meanwhile I had to change the pick up address of one. I clicked edit. Added the new address. Chose the address from the field you generated. Clicked update. It said it had successfully updated, then immediately reverted back to the wrong address I repeated this no less than 15 times. Somethings messed up with your program. So I emailed several times trying to get someone that I could alert to the fact that you were going to send the truck to the wrong place. I heard nothing from anyone with Lugg until I got a phone call from the loggers saying they had arrived at the location. Of course it was the wrong location. I told them about the disaster that is your app, verbally gave them the correct address and texted it to them as well. They said they were going to call log and head that way. The next thing I knew you lug had canceled that pick up. And locked me out of being able to do anything about it. I lost out on two antique dressers I really needed from craigslist because your system is so fucked up, and you give me no option to talk to anyone. I sent emails over five hours ago. I still have yet to hear one thing back from log. If you try to charge me for that delivery I’ll take your ass to court. You used to be pro. Now you just blow.
