Amazing job! They moved a very heavy elliptical and maneuvered it through narrow doorways and up and down stairs.
They were very efficient but also very careful with the elliptical. Made absolutely no scuffs on the walls or stair railings despite a quite difficult ( nearly impossible) turn on the basement stairway. It looked like there was no way the bulky machine would make it down the stairs, but they patiently, methodically made it happen! My wife and I clapped when they reached the basement, it was such a remarkable achievement. We highly recommend Guillermo and Alfredo. They are a great team!

Juliano and Luis went above and beyond to work quickly and carefully to move a ton of stuff in a very short amount of time while taking excellent care of our possessions. They helped us move a very heavy and awkward elliptical and made it seem easy. They were very nice to work with and even our dog loved them!
They were on time, knew exactly how to handle the task and went beyond to return my elliptical to a store manager so I didn’t have to go to the store. Would highly recommend these 2 and would love to hire them again! 10 stars would be a better rating!

We had a little hiccup because we requested a pickup but got upgraded to a van. Unfortunately our elliptical machine did not fit in the van. Lugg was quick to resolve the problem and our new team (Ivan and Daniel) got the job done quickly and with no problems.
