He was super awesome. I didn't order assistance for bringing my packages in & he gladly offered to do it anyway....and I live in an attic apartment of a 3 story house! Round of applause on customer service. Did I mention I am a first time Luggee??!!! In our brief time together, he informed me about so many features, services & how to navigate the app (fully downloaded because of him btw). Due to my addiction to Ikea, Diy supplies from Lowes & lack of a larger vehicle, I will surely be using Lugg for all my heavy load needs. Thanks a million Roger!!!! - trini

Absolutely incredible service! I had a HUGE HomeGoods haul and honestly couldn’t believe how much they were able to fit into their Sprinter van. They handled everything perfectly and made the entire delivery process so easy and stress-free. They were extremely hardworking, professional, careful with all of my purchases, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The value for the service was amazing, especially considering how much I had to move. They worked efficiently and made what could have been a stressful delivery feel effortless. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. If you need help transporting furniture, large purchases, or a big shopping haul, these are the people to call. Fantastic service, great value, and genuinely hard workers. I will absolutely use them again! - Kassandra

Hello Lugg Support Team, I am requesting a billing adjustment for my Lugg delivery on Friday, September 18th from Four Embarcadero to the W Hotel. During the job, there was a major disconnect with the assigned drivers. They were not answering their phones, and they were completely unaware of their location while navigating Four Embarcadero. Because of this, I had to spend significant time on the helpline with multiple Lugg associates to get the delivery resolved. During those support calls, the associates explicitly noted that because the delay was caused by driver communication and navigation issues, support would adjust and reduce the billed time and labor charges accordingly. Please review the internal support logs from my delivery on Sept 18th and apply the promised adjustment to my final bill. Thank you - Jensine

They arrived 15mins before the scheduled window for pickup (which resulted in the item not being ready to be shipped and an extra cost for me, because they waited fifteen minutes and were idle for 15minutes). The delivery ran super smoothly and the communication was great. - Anna
