Calvin and Bendji were awesome and got a full-size refrigerator down a very tight staircase. They communicated with each other extremely well in order to do so. The job was done faster than we anticipated, and they fit more in the van than we anticipated as well, by loading it strategically. Thank you for sending such excellent people for a difficult job. They were on time and moved the refrigerator. They didn't know a lot about moving. They didn't wrap the stainless steel front of the refrigerator knowing it had to go around the house down a tight walkway. The stainless steel is stretched horribly. It looks terrible.

Our luggers did such an exceptional job! In order to get the refrigerator in our house, they had to take all of the doors, drawers and handles off. They helped us put everything back together better than we got it. They were fast, efficient and so kind. We will hire them again in a heartbeat! I seriously cannot speak highly enough about them.

Refrigerator was not removed from box. All packaging was left on refrigerator. We have never experienced this issue before. Not happy with this type of service. Would never recommend this type of service to others
