Savon and Daniel were great! I was confused when they arrived without a handcart/dolly. I’ve contact Lugg to be assured Luggs have dollies with them because we had furniture and boxes to be brought up to the fourth floor. They told us that not all Luggs have dollies/handcarts or equipment because they are purchased by the Luggs on their own. If that’s the case, Lugg shouldn’t market it that way.
