They told her jokes, answered her questions, and generally kept an upbeat demeanor. They carefully planned how they would move the mattress/adjustable base up our stairs, and noted any obstacles they would need to avoid. They set up the base so that all the features functioned, as well as took the packaging outside to our garage. They checked with us before cutting up the packaging in case our kids wanted to use it for a fort (uh, yeah of course!).
