Davari and Christian were very friendly and helpful. They were very kind to my elderly aunt during pickup and had to remove and reattach a closet door to get the piece out and were thoughtful about reattaching the mirror to the dresser they moved.
Really nice people ! Very polite, and friendly. They put the loveseat together and even removed the trash & the old loveseat. I definitely would recommend using this service.

Brett definitely went ‘above and beyond’ to deliver boxes in my house. They were too big to fit in the front door, so Brett quickly removed the door, delivered the boxes and put the door back on. Couldn’t of asked for a better service.
They delivered packed furniture piece (dresser) and lugged to basement temp storage. They unpacked shipping box, removed packing material for fee, and installed drawer pull hardware. They were polite, friendly, and professional throughout. We were happy to tip them.

These guys were GREAT. They hauled our busted couch all the way through the kitchen because the more direct route is blocked by our air conditioner. Ha! They were very professional, very friendly, and very efficient. Highly recommend.
Claudio and Malic were amazing!! We are doing a big move to another state and had a ton of heavy items to move into our uhaul along with a garage full of more heavy boxes. Both Claudio and Malic tackled EVERYTHING in 3 hours and organized everything into our uhaul so that it would be safe during our drive. They were very conscious about making sure all our important items were wrapped safely (even my beloved peloton!). I highly recommend both movers to tackle tough jobs!!

Ahmed and Farid delivered a king size mattress for me. They arrived on time, quickly hauled the mattress upstairs, and dropped it off in my bedroom no problem.
Daniel & Samuel were easy to work with and very fast! we needed help unloading a uhaul and a POD and they did a fantastic job getting everything where it needed to go in the house, handling fragile things, and taking bulky stuff upstairs for us. 10/10 would have them move our stuff again!
Can’t ask for more. I didn’t expect them to set my bed up, but they did. Glad I didn’t rent a Uhaul. Will recommend to friends.

The two movers were friendly, polite and professional. However, I don’t like the company policy that prohibits them from taking the packaging when they leave. It’s a huge pain to get rid of cardboard, plastic and foam from a giant sectional. Dania’s regular moving company hauls away the packaging.

Really went the extra mile to make sure that the delivery was done on time and without damaging anything in my home, and even helped assemble the item. Then they hauled away my old couch and all of the cardboard for me too. Just fantastic.

Was pleased with the speed which the van arrived to transport a couch from Costco. Was given a detailed description of the rules about the weight of the object to be moved. I think your website app needs to be better at listing that there is a weight limit. I did not see anything that asked me to list the weight. Ultimately the guys decided they would go ahead and move the "over weight" couch. I also did not see on the app a way to book the removal of the old sofa when the new one was delivered. So another improvement to your website would be welcome. The guys did a good job getting the old sofa out and the new one in. It was a difficult process and I really appreciated their efforts. My husband also helped some to maneuver the bulky 270 lb couch into the house as well. They were very pleasant, especially Ronald.
Both Ben and Justin were super patient with moving a really big and bulky item up stairs and trying different methods to get them in our guest room. The couch was extremely heavy and they didn’t give up. I appreciate how they worked together to make it happen.
