Arrived at pick up location a little early. When we arrived at the drop off location, the room still had furniture in it. Claudio & Malic assisted in moving the old things out, as well as setting up all the moved items.
It was great experience both with Lugg.com and Dylan Brandon. It took my only 2 mins to book. And they came on time and were friendly and very careful with my delicate piece of furniture.
They even helped me move some other furniture out of my old place, some going to my new place, others just to bring to the curb at the old place. Very handy guys!

Lenny and Brandon were fantastic! We’d definitely work with them again. They were quick, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They were very conscientious about not damaging any of our furniture during the move and made sure everything in their truck was tied up securely. Even on one of the hottest days of the year, they kept a great attitude and got the job done smoothly. Highly recommend them to anybody looking for good movers!

They did a great job! Was amazed how much of our large furniture they were able to fit into their sprinter van.
Ramon and Jose did a great job. They were cordial, and quick. All of my things arrived in one piece (nothing broken). They were careful not to mark up walls when carrying awkward furniture.
They did a great job. They were friendly and worked quickly. They did not, however, wrap any of my furniture and I don’t think it took them 70 minutes to unload into my new apartment. I would still recommend Lugg
On time, and super efficient. They had an incredibly difficult piece of furniture to navigate stairs with, and they did it with no issues.
My furniture piece wouldn’t fit through my back gate but Jose and Ramon lifted the item up over the gate! Thanks guys!

They picked up and dropped off from the east side to west side faster than Uber Eats/Door Dash for next door burgers. Once here, they placed the furniture smoothly and quickly without any scratches to our property or furniture!
Accommodating and professional service. They arrived on time and were very efficient and careful with handling the couch, which I appreciated. I estimated I would be able to get the furniture up the stairs with only one other person and how wrong I was. Fortunately they were there to help with the heavy lifting, as this job was way beyond what me and another friend would have been handle on our own. Thank you so much again!

These guys were amazing. We had a complicated and unique move involving removing heavy pieces of furniture from a large yacht at the end of a very long dock and up a very, steep ramp, multiple times. Many companies wouldn’t take on such a task or would charge us too much to make it feasible. Ramon and Jose didn’t even mention the numerous challenges with our move. They were careful, professional, courteous, flexible with their time, and we couldn’t have done this without them. We highly recommend hiring them and when we need help in the future, we know who to call.
