Brock and Clarissa went above and beyond . The couch didn’t fit into my apartment and they literally helped me disassemble the couch to get it inside and even offered to help put it together. They were amazing I fully would’ve understood if they just left it at the doorway but they didn’t. They were kind effects and on time couldn’t have asked for a better first experience . - Nick
Was pleased with the speed which the van arrived to transport a couch from Costco. Was given a detailed description of the rules about the weight of the object to be moved. I think your website app needs to be better at listing that there is a weight limit. I did not see anything that asked me to list the weight. Ultimately the guys decided they would go ahead and move the "over weight" couch. I also did not see on the app a way to book the removal of the old sofa when the new one was delivered. So another improvement to your website would be welcome. The guys did a good job getting the old sofa out and the new one in. It was a difficult process and I really appreciated their efforts. My husband also helped some to maneuver the bulky 270 lb couch into the house as well. They were very pleasant, especially Ronald. - Monica
