Was pleased with the speed which the van arrived to transport a couch from Costco. Was given a detailed description of the rules about the weight of the object to be moved. I think your website app needs to be better at listing that there is a weight limit. I did not see anything that asked me to list the weight. Ultimately the guys decided they would go ahead and move the "over weight" couch. I also did not see on the app a way to book the removal of the old sofa when the new one was delivered. So another improvement to your website would be welcome. The guys did a good job getting the old sofa out and the new one in. It was a difficult process and I really appreciated their efforts. My husband also helped some to maneuver the bulky 270 lb couch into the house as well. They were very pleasant, especially Ronald.
They were very communicative throughout the whole process. There was some worry that our furniture may not fit in the truck and Costco was also giving them a hard time with picking up our furniture, but the two of them were able to sort out these difficulties independent of us. They were so friendly and we are very glad to have their help through the process.
Met early at Costco and assisted with four huge sofa boxes. Made it easy as they also helped load it into my house. Couldn’t have done it without them! Thanks!

I bought a couch from Costco which was not very cooperative while trying to get it inside our basement. It took 90 minutes, after trying varying options, to get this in. Roel was super patient and very friendly throughout the whole process. He was brainstorming various ways to get this couch in. I had to attend a meeting during the whole process too, but he stayed there trying out options. I am very thankful for his help and highly recommend him. Thank you Roel!
In the midst of a busy day I was able to quickly sign up with Lugg, and take advantage of an incredible deal at Costco. I was able to easily communicate with, and track the delivery drivers, and everything went smoothly. Would recommend, way easier than renting a truck and convincing a friend to help me out.
