Jesus and Antony were efficient, thoughtful, careful, and knowledgeable in the moving and setting up of a remote-controlled platform bed. I plan to call upon them again. I am delighted that Mattress Firm recommended LUGG and consider myself one lucky person to have had Antony and Jesus carry out the move. - Toni
Samuel and Frank were pleasant from the word go. They wore masks to keep us and themselves safe. Everything was clean. They put everything together wonderfully and expediently. They were kind, funny, fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They were two super great guys. Couldn’t say enough good things about them. Would use Lugg and them specifically again in a heart beat. So glad Mattress Firm gave us the suggestion. - Kurt
I was told at mattress firm that they take all boxes away. Movers said they dont. Did a great job but you need to be on the same page as your vendors. - Anthony
Did a great job, mattress firm was missing a piece from our order, and the guys waited with us to make sure it was resolved before we left. - Kevin
Miroslav and Martin were extremely helpful and courteous. They turned a bad experience with Mattress Firm into a relaxing night sleep, and even set up the adjustable frame and put it where I wanted it in my room. Awesome dudes! - Emilee
Brandon & Christopher went above and beyond, helping to set up my bed & real Christmas tree. They were very friendly and efficient. Thank you! - Holly
Both men were extremely helpful and got my bed moved FAST. Malic was great! Claudio seemed annoyed with me from the minute he arrived. 5 stars & a tip anyway because I know this isn't an easy job — moving is HARD work, (which is why I needed help as a single woman who doesn't own a truck/van and needed extra strong arms!). BUT would've been nice if on an already stressful move day, Claudio could've found a way to be at least a hint kinder. Refused to greet me with a handshake, had an unfriendly demeanor the whole hour we were together. Nonetheless, maybe he was having a tough day / week / month & I can empathize. Malic was kind, understanding, helpful, proactive throughout the entire interaction. THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR HELP TODAY!!! APPRECIATE YOU BOTH!!! - Dorey
Excellent team work and intelligence, efficient and crafty maximizing the space in the van and succesfully getting a huge bed through a small space. Very careful to avoid scuffs. 💯⭐️ - lake
They moved in an incredibly heavy sleeper sofa into a spare bedroom!!! In and out quick! Super nice guys. Glad I found this service and will be using it again!!! - Bob
Steven and Celerino are Tetris wizards. They magically transported a giant treadmill out of a small bedroom into a narrow basement space for us. I seriously don’t know how they did it. Pure magicians. They were also very polite and professional. I couldn’t be more happy with their service. - Stephen
I was not expecting these guys to actually set up my bed. I thought they would drop and run. So pleased with them and LUGG. They were polite, asked a few questions to make sure the setup was just the way I wanted. Definitely going to use LUGG every time I need items moved. - Donna
They are amazing! On time, moved the new heavy bed up a flight of stairs and set it up. Nice guys who work hard!!! - Kirsten
Offered to help me out the bed wherever I wanted it and stayed until I could verify I had the correct item. - Will
Josh went so far above and beyond that, I cried tears of joy, by the end. He completely knew what he was doing assessing items, and fitting everything into the truck bed perfectly. On one of the heaviest snow days in five years, he managed to keep everything perfectly dry. He also had to drive for three hours in the snow storm just to get to me, about 8 miles away. He helped keep me safe on the ice while we were unloading, and expertly moved my most delicate heirloom antiques. He did all of this with such kindness and cheer! There’s no way I could praise him enough. I’ll actually never forget what a good job he did for me. Thank you, Josh!!! - Paula
Fredy and Cobey went the extra mile when delivering my bed. They help me set it up because I had a medical procedure a few days ago and really needed the help. They had a great attitude, worked fast, and knew what they were doing. Thanks to them! - Robert
Brandon and Bennie were immaculate professionals. Not only was the delivery prompt, but they had no trouble putting together the foundation and bed. They were very friendly, and I would gladly use their services again. - Christopher
Bennie and Brandon were awesome! They were: friendly, professional, courteous, efficient - and met the challenge of fitting a huge king size bed through quite small doorways/hallways with good humor and a “can-do” attitude! This was the best experience with movers I have ever had. Great service including text messages for arrival timing. I’d use Lugg again in a heartbeat! - Pauline
They were excellent!!! I had a very heavy adjustable base & king size bed and a split staircase. They were punctual, professional, and did an amazing job. Even did set up for me… the mattress store told me their delivery service would add an additional charge for that. This company didn’t. They deserved their tip! Definitely will use this company again! Thank you!!! - Rachel
Ahmed and Farid delivered a king size mattress for me. They arrived on time, quickly hauled the mattress upstairs, and dropped it off in my bedroom no problem. - Mark
Super nice and friendly! Everything was easy, he was communicative and was knowledgeable about setting up the bed. I would definitely use him again 😊 - Rianka
Nice Guys, helped take out the old mattress and in with the new- very kind and conscientious of keeping our floor, walls clean with moving beds- Definitely will use them again! Great Service, On-Time, Kind, worked well together- Thank you - Mary
These guys were awesome, got everything inside quickly and even put together our bed for us. Friendly, quick, efficient. Awesome. - Mariah
Can’t ask for more. I didn’t expect them to set my bed up, but they did. Glad I didn’t rent a Uhaul. Will recommend to friends. - Kyle
Very helpful. Called when they were about to arrive and assembled my bed quickly. Great service, would definitely recommend! - Adam

Does Mattress Firm deliver the same day? Lugg is the official delivery partner of Mattress Firm for in-home delivery and setup, so if you'd rather sleep on the new mattress tonight, same-day mattress delivery with Lugg is how to get it home. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that picks up mattresses, box springs, foundations and bed frames from Mattress Firm stores in Portland and carries them into your bedroom, the same day or on a day you schedule.
A mattress still in its box fits in any Lugg vehicle. A full-size mattress and box spring are a different job, because a box spring is a rigid frame and doesn't bend, so the tightest turn on the way to your bedroom matters more than the width of the front door. Twin, full and queen mattresses fit in a pickup truck, a cargo van, an XL or a box truck. A king mattress or California king doesn't fit in a cargo van, so book a pickup truck, an XL or a box truck, and size up one if the frame and headboard are coming too.
Lugg movers carry it up stairs, into elevators and down long hallways, set it in the room you choose, and can put the bed frame together while they're there. Enter the Mattress Firm store and your home address and you'll see your upfront estimate before anything is confirmed, with no hourly minimums. Lugg movers completed more than 1,700 Mattress Firm pickups in the past year, from more than 250 of its locations. Once you book, you can follow your Luggers on a live map from the store to your door.
