Davari and Christian were very friendly and helpful. They were very kind to my elderly aunt during pickup and had to remove and reattach a closet door to get the piece out and were thoughtful about reattaching the mirror to the dresser they moved.
Jason was very friendly and helpful. He helped me take the mirror all the way to the 3rd floor, and offered some general information about Lugg.
Claudio and Brian were on time, friendly, and professional! They contacted me when they arrived at pick up and were on time for dropoff. They were gentle with the fragile yet very heavy boxes, and we so appreciate them!
Daniel & Samuel were easy to work with and very fast! we needed help unloading a uhaul and a POD and they did a fantastic job getting everything where it needed to go in the house, handling fragile things, and taking bulky stuff upstairs for us. 10/10 would have them move our stuff again!
The team was professional, courteous, and careful with the goods. They moved a very heavy two piece glass dining table with great care, no damage at all, and clearly knew what they were doing very happy and would highly recommend.
Derek and Vitaly were great. Very polite, pleasant, and took extra care loading my belongings. They did however shatter a huge glass panel on one of my entertainment centers. I'm not upset about it, stuff happens but would like to know how to go about getting it replaced. Thank you lugg!

Super job done by Nicolas and Brandon! They came about 40 minutes past 12 (expected them to come between 11-12), but they let me know they were running late and told me what time they’d come, which was fine to me. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were very careful with the dresser and knew how to get the drawers out to make it lighter to carry. They had special straps which made carrying the dresser easier. It fit in their truck and they followed me to our home and they drove carefully so as to not jostle the dresser. After carrying dresser into my home and putting drawers back tbey moved another dresser out of the bedroom. That was impromptu on my part. They did it cheerfully and I would absolute recommend them to anyone needing moving help!
Lencol & Devin were AMAZING movers!! Went above and beyond and treated my pickup with such incredible care!! They came prepared and got things done efficiently and quickly, and were unbelievably kind and helpful! Got everything wrapped up super safely, and even took the time to readjust this heavy cabinet when I realized it would fit better in another spot 🖤 can’t recommend these guys enough! THANK YOU!!!
