Was pleased with the speed which the van arrived to transport a couch from Costco. Was given a detailed description of the rules about the weight of the object to be moved. I think your website app needs to be better at listing that there is a weight limit. I did not see anything that asked me to list the weight. Ultimately the guys decided they would go ahead and move the "over weight" couch. I also did not see on the app a way to book the removal of the old sofa when the new one was delivered. So another improvement to your website would be welcome. The guys did a good job getting the old sofa out and the new one in. It was a difficult process and I really appreciated their efforts. My husband also helped some to maneuver the bulky 270 lb couch into the house as well. They were very pleasant, especially Ronald. - Monica

Claudio seemed annoyed with me from the minute he arrived. 5 stars & a tip anyway because I know this isn't an easy job — moving is HARD work, (which is why I needed help as a single woman who doesn't own a truck/van and needed extra strong arms!). BUT would've been nice if on an already stressful move day, Claudio could've found a way to be at least a hint kinder. Refused to greet me with a handshake, had an unfriendly demeanor the whole hour we were together. Nonetheless, maybe he was having a tough day / week / month & I can empathize. Josh went so far above and beyond that, I cried tears of joy, by the end. He completely knew what he was doing assessing items, and fitting everything into the truck bed perfectly. On one of the heaviest snow days in five years, he managed to keep everything perfectly dry. He also had to drive for three hours in the snow storm just to get to me, about 8 miles away. He helped keep me safe on the ice while we were unloading, and expertly moved my most delicate heirloom antiques. He did all of this with such kindness and cheer! There’s no way I could praise him enough. I’ll actually never forget what a good job he did for me. Thank you, Josh!!! - Paula
