From what I understand, once they got the assignment, Keith & Brandon picked up & delivered our order efficiently. It’s not their fault but something went very wrong with the dispatch process & we received our order 2 hours after the end of the delivery window. Even worse, Lugg’s communication system is abysmal, and there was no way to communicate with dispatch or to get information on what was happening with the delivery. I even downloaded the app because I was told there was a messaging system in the app and there was not. - Joli

On one of the heaviest snow days in five years, he managed to keep everything perfectly dry. He also had to drive for three hours in the snow storm just to get to me, about 8 miles away. He helped keep me safe on the ice while we were unloading, and expertly moved my most delicate heirloom antiques. He did all of this with such kindness and cheer!
