Careful, efficient, and professional! They carefully fit the loveseat through a tight-fit doorway to not dent or scratch anything. When my WiFi didn't work to book a second Lugg pickup to take the old loveseat to another location for donation Joshua arranged a second Lugg pickup so I didn't have to wait for a different crew. They were also very personable and polite. Based on this excellent experience with them I would not hesitate to use Lugg.Com again and will recommend them to my friends and family. The customer service displayed by these two guys is definitely an asset to your company.
Armondo and Luis were incredible! They showed up on time. They were both very pleasant and easy to work with. They ensured that they were taking the right stuff. They worked well together as a team. They provided helpful information about what Goodwill would take. They helped problem solve when some furniture couldn’t be donated. They were incredibly efficient. Their help was invaluable. If we need moving services again I would most definitely hire them again and I would specifically ask for Armando and Luis.

Claudio and Brian were on time, friendly, and professional! They contacted me when they arrived at pick up and were on time for dropoff. They were gentle with the fragile yet very heavy boxes, and we so appreciate them!
Arrived at pick up location a little early. When we arrived at the drop off location, the room still had furniture in it. Claudio & Malic assisted in moving the old things out, as well as setting up all the moved items.
They did a great job by showing up early to the pick up site. They ended up removing and reinstalling our basement door to make the washer and dryer fit. They went above and beyond and were very patient and kind!

Got a delivery from IKEA, and the store was not clear with the Luggers that there were other items at the IKEA warehouse. Gabriel and Cobey were gracious and understanding, and went back to pick up the other items quickly and without complaint. Great service.
I never received a text or phone call when the lugg movers were headed to the pick up location so they had to wait for 30 min till I arrived. I’m hoping I won’t be charged for that time they waiting since I never received the alert on when they would arrive

The guys that came were great. Just the amount of time they were at the pick up spot then my house seemed REALLY unreasonable I got charged $90 when they were at my home for a matter of 10. The guys were great. My time just kept getting pushed back again and again. When I finally called them 30minutes of them being at the pick up place they ended up leaving not even a minute after I had called..

They came prepared and got things done efficiently and quickly, and were unbelievably kind and helpful! Got everything wrapped up super safely, and even took the time to readjust this heavy cabinet when I realized it would fit better in another spot 🖤 can’t recommend these guys enough! THANK YOU!!!
I did not need a second lugger, although on showed up. I explained this to Jose b4 he arrived @pickup location. Do NOT charge me for 2 loggers, when I requested only 1 and required only 1. JOSE did a fine job and wasted no time doing it. Thank you!
