Hardware delivery: Fast, same-day service

Tyler and Darius were true professionals. They arrived promptly for pickup and destination locations, communicated en route with expected arrival and departure times with accuracy. They were respectful, worked hard and efficiently. This request was unique and hardship for them requiring heavy lifting of computer hardware but they came through. No minute was wasted while they loaded and unloaded, there was no lag time. They are exemplary representation of Lugg, I would highly recommend them.

I originally requested a truck that would have been too small. I changed to a larger truck not long before the scheduled pick up time, and these two gentlemen came from San Jose to Santa Cruz. They carefully wrapped the furniture in a mat to keep it from getting scratched, and delivered the extra shelves and hardware. They kept me informed about their progress, worked quickly and efficiently, explained the billing process, and we're pleasant and professional. I am very glad I chose Lugg for this job, and I will not hesitate to use Lugg in the future.

I am leaving 5 stars because I know ratings are so important for the people doing the work and I believe that the mistakes made this evening are not reflective of their care and abilities. Accidents happen. I was specific that this unit had glass shelves and that they should be removed and wrapped separately. Unfortunately the unit was wrapped with the heavy glass shelves inside. During transport the shelves moved, causing damage to the interior of the cabinet and to the shelves themselves. The hardware is missing for one of the shelves.

These guys moved a HUGE restoration hardware bed for me and went above and beyond. It was wrapped beautifully and they even went so far as to give advice about how I can bring it up the stairs later. Very much appreciated!!

Armando was so nice. What a great guy! Very helpful and strong. He accidentally forgot a bag of the hardware and drove all the way back. I felt so bad there was a lot of traffic and he had other orders. He could have lied and said oh I didn’t get any hardware! Super honest.

My movers were fantastic and went above and beyond. Even going to the hardware store to get the right lug to take apart my bedframe. The couch would also not fit at an angle so they took the time to take off the legs and put them back on. Really appreciated all the care and extra effort.

Best service ever! I bought a 200 lb table at Restoration Hardware and it was delivered to my home less than 24 hours later!

They went above and beyond to move a bookcase up two flights with very low ceilings. They even went to the hardware store to purchase a tool that was needed to remove a pair of panels on order to angle the bookcase and get it up to the 2nd floor.

Lugg does a phenomenal job of vetting their workforce and Khaled is a shining example of what you’d look for when securing these types of services. Khaled was genuinely kind, respectful and trustworthy and went out of his way to ensure my tasks were done in an efficient and quality focused manner. I originally hired them to move/assemble a bed but when it wasn’t delivered on time, Khaled graciously agreed (on the spot) to assemble my bbq and outdoor furniture, which absolutely saved me as I was hosting a party the next day and stressed out about it. The hardware was a kit with an allen wrench and instead of using up time and adding costs, Khaled went to his truck and found a tool that sped up the work and kept him from staying much later. I’m a single mom and although strong and savvy, I’m unable to do certain tasks that require a lot of muscle or extensive contractor-type knowledge so I value Lugg. I will absolutely hire Lugg again and again so long as they keep employing and delivering class acts like Khaled!

Thank you for a great team this move Helped take apart and put back together my bedroom set and even created new grooves in the old screws that the last mover stripped away. I went to the hardware store but they gave me too small screws and Octavio improvised. Super guys, great work!

Absolutely amazing guys! My dining table required a very difficult installation with unusual hardware; Jose and Raul were unfazed, super creative, and prepared with extra tools and supplies. They were also on schedule, very courteous, and very careful. Can’t say enough good things! Thank you
