WOW! Kenny and Joseph were so crazy doggone knowledgeable, polite, and kind in helping me move my items to the Extra Space Storage Unit. Particularly, helpful when we got to the storage unit in helping me "tetris" the unit with adding more items once we arrived and continued after they left us.

I don't know if I misused your service or if the movers are under a different impression than the app gives. I'm just gonna detail my experience and if I sound like a crazy person then everyone got paid and my stuff got moved its all good, but if it sounds like a different experience you'd like to provide than you guys can take those steps. So I ordered a truck and 1 Lugger because I was planning to help with lifting. I detailed as much as I could about what I was moving to be fair to the other mover but it all required two people, hence me using your service, and I planned on being one of those two. The truck is 6ft which fits my queen mattress and large mirror in terms of length. They sent 2 Luggers in a van. Not a super big deal but the service showed up late and I super appreciate the $10 credit, just want to detail it all. When they showed up they told me the service I paid for was a light service which is usually one thing that one guy can carry. I told them I planned to help lift and didn't know it was only one piece of furniture. They said well there's two of us so it's okay but we'll contact lugg because this is more than the service you requested. Now the app says whatever fits in the vehicle not one piece of furniture and it also says be ready to help lift if it gets heavy so I didn't think I did anything out of order. One was really helpful and willing and the other a little begrudgingly so. They contacted lugg and they weren't charging me extra but the movers were getting paid appropriately so great. So they load everything up and there's a ton of extra space in the van they sent, but because of the vibe and the initial confusion I just accepted that I'll move everything else myself. All in all it was what I needed, but the delay, the awkward beginning feeling like I was taking advantage of an advertised service, and the unused space in the van leaves me a little eh. Next time I know to request the van straight out but I wish I would've been charged more in order fit the rest of my stuff in there. Would've saved me a ton work and time.

Marlon and John are an awesome, experienced, and trustworthy team! They picked up all my stuff, wrapping the heavier pieces of furniture in blankets. They efficiently put everything in my storage unit while saving extra space. Would love to have them Lugg again!
Stanley and Christopher were excellent movers. They did an incredible job of making everything fit in the space of the van I ordered (we even had extra space for additional things), they are total Tetris pros. When I had all my furniture in my new apt, I saw that not one thing had a scratch, bend or even smudge of dirt on it - and they moved me when it was raining! Extra careful and very quick. Highly recommend.

Joshua and Olufemi went above and beyond. The service was fast, efficient, and a lot of work. They were able to load and unload our 2 storage units inside an underground garage despite their XL size car unable to drive down. They could have canceled but they carried our stuff up a huge incline to transport our stuff out of the garage despite the extra effort.
Brian and Alejandro did an excellent job helping us move from one storage room to another. They were careful with everything they handled, had great attitudes throughout the day, and showed a strong work ethic. We truly appreciated their help and professionalism.
Laurent helped play a crazy game of Tetris to fit my couch into the storage unit! They were punctual and did a great job.
Rogerio and Rony were genuinely the best movers I have ever employed. They were efficient, hard working, friendly, helpful, and extremely effective. They were happy to help us with a second trip back to our house to load more into the van to bring back to our storage unit. I only wish that Lugg had the option for customers to chose their Luggers. I am moving more items tomorrow to a different location and I wanted to book them again. Please consider implementing a feature where happy customers can request their favorite Luggers again in the future. I would book Rogerio and Rony again every time. 100/10 service
I appreciated that they tried to respect what I had requested; like trying to keep certain boxes together & also like respecting not to walk on my tarps that I had laid out. However, I do wish that they would've folded up the tarp that was left in my transferred smaller storage space, or at least tell me that the tarp was still there, & so then decide what should be done with this "left behind tarp" Otherwise, I'm please with these two Luggers. 🙂 Thank you

This move was sentimental for me because they were helping transport my late grandfather’s furniture, and they treated everything with great care and patience. Matthew was especially accommodating and willing to work with me when we initially thought the fridge wouldn’t fit in the vehicle After rearranging the storage unit, we realized there actually wasn’t space. So we dodged a bullet there. I really appreciated their flexibility and professionalism during a stressful time. Overall, great service and I would definitely recommend them.

I last minute decided to move my sofa out of my storage and I found Lugg by chance. I had a couch that wouldn’t fit into my apt no matter what and they gave it multiple tries and made sure it did! It was quick, smooth, efficient and the guys were super respectful! In and out quick!
They were incredibly good sports when the elevator at my storage locker was broken and they had to carry a sectional sofa up the steps. Can’t think of a better test than that.
