The performed a 3 bedroom apartment move for me (including stairs!) in a little under 3 hours. Remarkable. They handled my belongings with care, asked me when I wanted to have my furniture wrapped in plastic or blankets, and worked for 5 hours without one complaint. It was a hot day too!! I ordered the LUGG Box (16ft truck) and that did the trick for my 675 sq ft apartment. I had a lot of stuff and they managed to move me into my new spot with zero challenges. I am so grateful for their time and expertise. Couldn’t have done this move without them. Thank you William and Henry. 11/10!!

Hello. I am requesting that Alejandro return to disassemble the table and put it in the apartment unit. Unfortunately, it was not done due to miscommunication. How much will it cost for him or another worker to remove the legs to the table and reassemble it for the apartment?
Very quick and extremely helpful did the job in one trip and saved me so much time and stress with a service I didn’t even know existed and would have struggled with alone. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had zero issues with their services of these Luggers. Very happy to have found Lugg to help with this matter! Highly recommend!
