Mario and Ignatius were friendly and professional. They moved a VERY heavy sleeper sofa up a flight of stairs into my new apartment, and quickly! I’m so thankful for their help. It was seamless and easy.

Roy and Henry picked up a sofa and delivered it upstairs to my new apartment. They provided excellent communication prior to meeting and throughout the task. The sofa was a tight squeeze getting upstairs and into my apartment but they made it look easy! Both had very positive kind attitudes that provided comfort knowing my item was well taken care of. I believe Henry said he was new to Lugg, he did great! Roy took the lead and was very professional when it came to directing the move and helping his colleague learn the ropes.
Washington and Matongo were troopers moving my 1 bedroom apartment (furniture, boxes, etc.) in 100 degree Sacramento weather in the middle of the day. Moved everything safely and very quick! Super friendly guys, that made the process of moving so much easier! I offered them breaks for water or rest but they insisted on pushing forward to finish the job! I was very impressed by their determination to complete the job and even more so by their work ethic. They were dripping sweat but maintained a positive attitude throughout.
They did a great job moving a couch from the third floor of a apartment complex. Finished the job in less than 15 mins.

Ahmad and Ahmad were fantastic! I had a lot of stuff and they fit it into the truck super efficiently, even having to go up and down my apartment stairs a bunch of times. They were very nice and helpful.

I warned them about need to remove the doors before they attempted to move the treadmill from bedroom through apartment and outside…LOL…they learned their lesson and were very quick to laugh and say they should have listened to me. Move was quick! Less than an hour from arrival and to delivery/unloading. Will certainly use this device again!

I couldn't have asked for better Luggers! The couch I wanted to move in was heavier and larger than I anticipated but Steven & Anthony got the job done in a timely and professional manner. Not only did they pick up the couch in Sacramento and drive it all the way to San Francisco but they wrapped the couch for protection and moved it into my apartment in less than 30 minutes. These two Luggers are awesome and I highly recommend them!

Both gentlemen were extremely friendly and did the heavy lifting with calm and ease. They also ensured the furniture, which was purchased as a floor display, was assembled to its original state, and positioned the piece exactly where it needed to go. They also provided thorough explanations as to the benefits of this service—this was my first experience using Lugg. Just have to emphasize how professional both of these movers were, which made for an extremely positive experience. Highly recommend Enoe and Darnell as they surpassed expectation with their stellar service.
