They were very friendly hard-working and fast. They both are a great team. I had a shelf that needed to be disassembled and didn't know how to take it down on my own. Semisi took it down easily. Jamal impressed me with hold two tvs's. They both reassured me everything will fit and made sure everything was placed where I wanted. They were very careful handling every item. I didn't know what to expect but was worried because I am 76 and no longer able to maneuver any furniture--much less a piece of this size! They were on time (the app was very helpful in keeping me informed), friendly, helpful (set up the TV, fixed two doors that weren't closing, took the giant cardboard pieces and old piece of furniture to the curb) and were absolutely delightful while doing all of this.
