They were very friendly hard-working and fast. They both are a great team. I had a shelf that needed to be disassembled and didn't know how to take it down on my own. Semisi took it down easily. Jamal impressed me with hold two tvs's. They both reassured me everything will fit and made sure everything was placed where I wanted. They were very careful handling every item. Thanks Guys! - Chardonney
I didn't know what to expect but was worried because I am 76 and no longer able to maneuver any furniture--much less a piece of this size! They were on time (the app was very helpful in keeping me informed), friendly, helpful (set up the TV, fixed two doors that weren't closing, took the giant cardboard pieces and old piece of furniture to the curb) and were absolutely delightful while doing all of this. I would hire them again in a flash! Thank you Ahmad and Ahmad! 😀. PS. I didn't know that tipping was a feature of this app so tipped them when they left. - Linda
They were an absolute joy to work with. They were speedy and efficient. They set up my furniture. All I had to do was find the best spot to watch TV. I will definitely recommend them. - Vivian
Edgar & Steven were efficient, strong, expert movers. They were patient gentlemen that allowed me to move things an inch here & there repeatedly. I really appreciated their help & felt safe around them. I hope that I get them the next time I Lugg. They were friendly, warm & pointed out flaws in the items I didn’t notice initially. My fragile items were safely delivered & carried up stairs multiple times. Can’t say enough wonderful things about these 2 - Thank you! - D’Anza
There were glitches with the app & confusion about where to pickup; however, he went to different places until he found the right place. I appreciate the follow thru & muscle. My heavy, but fragile items were delivered intact. - D’Anza
They delivered a big, heavy, and fragile object from 100 miles away. They did a great job with everything. - Robert
Friendly, fast, and were on point. One of the items I had moved was an off white linen couch. I'm very pleased to say that it was delivered in the same condition that it was picked up in... not one speck of dust/dirt on it. The Mercedes moving van was sparking clean inside and out and lined with a clean oriental rug to protect my items. I would highly recommend Adeel & Aaron to help with a move. Especially if you need fragile items or light colored fabric covered furniture moved. Thanks again guys! - Jaime
Mario and Ignatius are friendly and professional. Extra kudos for the way they blanketed and wrapped the furniture. I highly recommend them! - Jennifer
Steven n Steve were the best ever! They did a fantastic job wrapping with thick blankets and wide cellophane tape, in preparation for transporting a grandfather clock and antique sewing machine w/cabinet. They were so nice, friendly, professional and oh so careful. I will ask for them next time. Thank you guys! - Marilyn
Not only was this a great experience but it makes for two in a row. First exposure to Lugg was yesterday, when a different Lugg client used Lugg to pick up some items from me. It was quickly arranged and that team was reliable, conscientious, careful, polite, respectful, professional, ready with blankets, dollies and wrap, worked fast, and ... should I go on? So I immediately joined up and scheduled today's small job of moving furniture from room to room. Aram and Dmitri were just as great as the guys yesterday. This is a terrific service, which is what inspired me to take the time to write this. Perfection. Bravo! - Martin
I couldn’t have asked for a better helpers than Steven and Steven to do this job. My husband has Parkinson’s and we needed to rearrange the entire house to make it handicap friendly. They moved everything around for me, they had tools to help me out, blankets, dollies, etc. Completely prepared and very professional and friendly. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! - Melynda
Very personable. Delivered my chair, wrapped carefully in a moving blanket, and placed it in my living room. Excellent service. - Pat
Nasario and Jose arrived promptly, wrapped the china hutch carefully in blankets and padding they brought and worked as a team to transport it into the van. They drove responsibly the twenty minutes to our town. They were efficient and professional arriving at our house, helping us move our old china hutch out, and then placing the newer one just right. Very kind and personable while knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend Nasatio and Jose and the LUGG company to others. - Monica
My experience was great. From the pick up to the delivery address. They wrapped it well with a blanket and moving plastic to protect it. Which was great since it’s a heavy wood table. They worked well together, planned it out where I wanted then grabbed the item and put it right where I wanted gently. They were friendly and kind snd went above and beyond to place where I wanted it exactly and to keep it well protected. - Aimee
These guys were both friendly and courteous with my house. When they arrived with my furniture, it was blanketed and wrapped, and they were both timely and kept me up to date with their progress. This was my first experience with Lugg, and it won't be my last. Great job! - Ryan
Jesus was prompt (even a few minutes early), considerate, and kind. He took special care to lay blankets down to protect my hardwood floors as he brought the product indoors. I definitely recommend Jesus J. Great job! - Jennifer
Steven and Rene were fantastic, efficient and really nice. My husband's back was out and we had a sofabed in the garage that would barely fit through the door, plus a giant refrigerator and two other sofas to move in. Steven and Rene had a ramp and a big dolly to get the refrigerator up the stairs, plus blankets, etc. Everything went well. It was a real pleasure to see everything moved in and not have to do it ourselves. - Linda
Loved their ingenuity. Used cardboard and blankets to sled up a very large dresser up two flights of stairs- thanks guys! - Brian
They were more careful with my things than I would have been! They wrapped the furniture so it would be protected in the back of the truck. I thought that was considerate because it was only a few miles of travel. - Nicky
Steven and Steven were pros, paitent as they had to wait for us to complete the transaction before taking the couch, which they wrapped up nicely and handled with care. Also really appreciated their positive attitudes. - Karl
Joseph and Esteban were fantastic, so glad Lugg connected us. Carefully wrapped and played tetris with all my furniture to fit everything into a minivan. Really nice guys. Thanks again! - Camille
Semisi is my favorite lugg employee of all time! If I could book him for all of my moves, I would! He treated the furniture I purchased like it was his own. He wrapped my dresser with care to ensure a secure and safe move and made sure I was aware of any already existing blemishes and was super friendly and nice too. My husband, son, and I are all Semisi fans - thank you!!! - Gail
Both of these men were excellent and went above and beyond to help me. They also did this is very good time. They never even stopped to drink water. I appreciated them so much that I gave them a huge tip. The person who was supposed to help me came down with Covid and I was initially a little bit concerned using this app because I didn’t know how the service was be but they were so professional and even brought tools and wrapping. Definitely 5 star service. If I need help again I’ll definitely use Lugg. The price was even fair. Thank you!!! - Trish
They did an excellent job dealing with some unexpected problems with the doors at the pickup site. The table was securely wrapped and protected. Very fast, efficient, and friendly service. I would definitely recommend this crew for local moving jobs. Thank you! - Norbert

Bought a TV that won't fit in your car, or found one on Facebook Marketplace across town? Lugg picks it up and brings it home the same day, with movers on the way within the hour, from a big-box store, a warehouse club or a private seller. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that has carried a TV on more than 10,000 Luggs in the past year, from new sets still in the box to the living room TV headed to a new apartment. You'll see an upfront estimate before you book.
Lugg's TV moving service covers the TV you already have, too. Screens are fragile, so for the best protection Lugg recommends packing yours in a TV box for moving. No box? That's fine. Lugg movers wrap the screen in moving blankets and stretch wrap, carry it out standing on its edge and load it with the rest of your furniture. One Lugg covers everything that fits in the vehicle you book, so the TV stand, media console or entertainment center can come along too. About one in five Luggs with a TV include one.
Can you lay a TV flat? No. Keep a flat-screen TV upright whenever it moves. Lying flat puts the weight of the panel on the glass, and one hard bump can crack it. Lugg movers handle TV transport the same way: standing on its edge, padded and strapped, from the pickup to the room you choose. That matters most on very thin screens, like an LG OLED or a Samsung Frame TV.
Will a 65-inch TV fit in your car? Upright and in its box, it usually won't, and it shouldn't go in lying flat. 65 inches is also the most common size Lugg customers mention, followed by 55, 75 and 85, and Samsung is the brand they name most, then LG and Sony. A Van stands 4.5 feet tall inside and fits most boxed TVs upright, and it keeps them out of the rain. A Pickup works on a dry day, with the TV strapped upright and covered with a tarp. For a 98- or 100-inch screen, book an XL, which is 6.4 feet tall inside. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+.
Lugg movers carry your TV up the stairs or into the elevator and set it in the room you choose, on its stand if it's ready. Lugg movers don't take a TV off the wall or put one up, so if yours is wall-mounted, have it taken down before your Lugg arrives. Wiring and setup stay with an installer too, so book one for the same day and Lugg handles everything up to the wall.
