These guys are awesome! They arrived promptly and were excellent at moving other things around to fit the loveseat in the space I wanted. Definitely will use Lugg again based on this assignment!

Derec and Chris were right on time and moved our couch quickly and carefully all the way up three flights of stairs. They even offered to help arrange it in the space. So friendly and easy to work with! Thank you guys!
Positive attitude and communicated well. Did not know if they were supposed to deliver and unwrap/take away trash or not - am guessing not. But not a problem at all. Willing to help me move two existing chairs to different rooms to make space for new chair. So I tipped them in cash and separate from the Lugg app.
This team did ann amazing job packing a large load, taking care to wrap everything and it all fit with room to spare. And they worked quickly! Great team!
Anthony and Steven were very careful in bringing the furniture in the house - measured the space so it would be perfectly centered- both men very professional and polite. I would definitely use your co and request their service on any future moves. Thank you

Adeel and Eid were hardworking, smart, careful, and thorough in their planning and carrying out our move. They take great pride and satisfaction in their work. They work very well together. Cannot say enough good things in this space about our experience with them.
Friendly, fast, and were on point. One of the items I had moved was an off white linen couch. I'm very pleased to say that it was delivered in the same condition that it was picked up in... not one speck of dust/dirt on it. The Mercedes moving van was sparking clean inside and out and lined with a clean oriental rug to protect my items. I would highly recommend Adeel & Aaron to help with a move. Especially if you need fragile items or light colored fabric covered furniture moved. Thanks again guys!
The team was very good. Disappointed about how the scheduling went though. I thought that I was scheduled between 11am-12noon, but they did not arrive until 1pm. And when I first started to inquire about your service, the estimated fees were very vague. $92 for the service plus $1+ per minute in labor ....but was never given a better estimate. I am not sure how many minutes of labor this totaled up but my final bill was $178. Have I have known it was going to be this much up front, I would not have booked the service. Even though the drivers were very friendly , I will not be using the service again due to lack of transparency in pricing.
Both of the men we're friendly and approachable and what I mean by friendly and approachable is that it never felt faked. As someone who spent many years in retail I can for certain say that this is not a very common trait-- and both Rodrigo & Derec had that realness about them in spades. I tip my hat to you both, cheers.
Jesus was great. Very professional. My one complaint is the price. This delivery turned out to be double what it should have been. $25 plus .95 a minute. $50 max. This was a super easy, light weight delivery. Because of this, I will not use Lugg again unless the price is transparent. Thank You.

I was telling Jesus how he is a God send.. I was praying to Jesus for help with this generator because it’s so heavy! N Jesus sent Jesus to let me know he’s answering my prayers 😄🙏🏼❤️ God is so good! N Jesus went out of his way for us! He helped us move the piano unplug the lamp behind it to make room for the generator next to the refrigerator n helped us push the piano back! And he helped us position the generator just right so it fit perfectly in the best space 😄! I would give Jesus more than ten stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 😄🤩😄❤️🙌😄😄😄 Thank you so very much!!
