Mario and Ignatius are great. The feedback is more about the website for Lugg. It should be more descriptive about moving Peloton’s since the website is marketing Peloton moving as one of your specialties. It looks like we’ll need rebook and have 3 or 4 people to move the Peloton Tread.
Not only did they drive a far distance to help make my move happen, but they carried all my heavy furniture and boxes (including a Peloton bike!) up 3 flights of stairs. Couldn’t have done it without them!!
They were on time, knew exactly how to handle the task and went beyond to return my elliptical to a store manager so I didn’t have to go to the store. Would highly recommend these 2 and would love to hire them again! 10 stars would be a better rating!
Great experience. Team was at Dicks Sporting goods and picked up exercise bike and dropped off. Unboxed and cleaned up package. Good job!

This is the second time I have used this team, they are GREAT... Efficient, consistent, amazing attention to detail and I trust they will be cautious/careful with the furniture/treadmill AND all property involved. There has NEVER been a scratch left behind! These two are OUTSTANDING!

Very nice, personable young men with good manners. Very careful loading and unloading my treadmill, which was very awkward.
I warned them about need to remove the doors before they attempted to move the treadmill from bedroom through apartment and outside…LOL…they learned their lesson and were very quick to laugh and say they should have listened to me. Move was quick! Less than an hour from arrival and to delivery/unloading. Will certainly use this device again!
They were on time, communicated, exercised great care with my furniture. 100% would ask them to help again

They were professional. They managed to fit a big table into my narrow doorway. Great problem solving skills!
Andrew and Christian were a pleasure to work with. They worked hard. We did have a few problems though. In moving the buffet they were unable to stand the unit up due to the height of the ceiling. The unit was the same size as our existing buffet do I knew it would fit. They tried different scenarios without success. I suggested that they remove the base, which they did but it still didn’t give it enough clearance. I then suggested they remove the second largest section of the cabinet which we worked. But, in putting the buffet back together they incorrectly matched the holes and woodwork. When they finished we looked at the unit and we noticed that the base was off about 1/4” all around and that there were 4 nails sticking up through the wood. I knew that it was getting very expensive having them here so we asked them to take the top unit off and leave it on the floor so we can correct the way the base was put on. Only one small piece of the wood was split and I’m hoping that it won’t be noticed. I suggest that there should be basic training on how big items are put together so they will know what needs to be done in the future. I can take pictures if you need them. It was an Ethan Allen piece which is highly crafted and maybe extra knowledge about manufacturers. When handling these type of items I expect customers to have high expectations on the moves.

Not only can they pack a Uhaul like artists, they were hard working, steady, easy to deal with, and non-judgmental (you know what I mean - movers are seeing you at your absolute worst). A big shout out to both of them. Lugg, whatever you’re paying them, it’s not enough!

Big, heavy fidge, in awkward space, moved across trail in yard. Very nice, thoughtful, careful, and smart.
Steven and Steven were great! Showed up early and ready to work. Took the stress out of the entire process as they handled delicate items with care but moved the big stuff with ease. They worked efficiently and were great at communicating the next steps. Would highly recommend this duo!
