Mario and Ignatius are great. The feedback is more about the website for Lugg. It should be more descriptive about moving Peloton’s since the website is marketing Peloton moving as one of your specialties. It looks like we’ll need rebook and have 3 or 4 people to move the Peloton Tread. - Alex

I warned them about need to remove the doors before they attempted to move the treadmill from bedroom through apartment and outside…LOL…they learned their lesson and were very quick to laugh and say they should have listened to me. Move was quick! Less than an hour from arrival and to delivery/unloading. Will certainly use this device again! - Crystal

Sanjesh and Jalen were wonderful. They were the second Luggers I called because the first truck was not big enough, even though I had requested an XL. They came within 30 minutes to help the others with moving my things. They even took the legs off of my table because it they couldn't go through the door. And put it back together when they reached the destination. They even too a tall cactus that I didn't think they would do. Professional and courteous. - Linda
