Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.
They went above and beyond! They set up resident’s furniture, made her bed, and made it look ready for her to walk right in and be comfortable. They made this hard transition this resident that much less difficult and I am so very grateful for their hard work and thoughtfulness!

We bought a table from someone over the FB marketplace and we weren’t at the place of pickup to help, although the seller was rude and didn’t help, he didnt cancel and did it all by himself embracing the situation. Totally good experience for us and will use Lug for other moving stuff.

Sanjesh and Jalen were wonderful. They were the second Luggers I called because the first truck was not big enough, even though I had requested an XL. They came within 30 minutes to help the others with moving my things. They even took the legs off of my table because it they couldn't go through the door. And put it back together when they reached the destination. They even too a tall cactus that I didn't think they would do. Professional and courteous.

They were great, very patient as the table we were moving had to be disassembled due to its weight. They assisted me with the disassembly and wrapped it all carefully and it made it safe to its destination.
Derec was great and Darnell was polite but complain about how heavy the table was and yes it was heavy about 200 pounds. The problem was The double front door will only open on one side So I gave him instructions on how that would go through the door and also help them carried the table in. I gave you five stars because I am a business owner and I understand a long day and the last stop on a Saturday but there was white paint on the table leg that had to come off the van but fortunately I got it off with some goo gone. I looked at this table pretty close at the store because it was kind of a scratch and dent place for lack of better words but there seem to be a few extra blemishes but giving the guys the benefit of the doubt I covered them up when they furniture marker. I’m giving you this long winded message so the guys can always have a spirit of excellence and everything they do no matter if it’s the first or the last stop of the day. I know the furniture store also called for a pick up truck when it needed a larger vehicle which I had mentioned. Thank you for your fast prompt delivery which was appreciated. This is the first time using Lugg and was not aware of this kind of service.
My experience was great. From the pick up to the delivery address. They wrapped it well with a blanket and moving plastic to protect it. Which was great since it’s a heavy wood table. They worked well together, planned it out where I wanted then grabbed the item and put it right where I wanted gently. They were friendly and kind snd went above and beyond to place where I wanted it exactly and to keep it well protected.
Mario & Jessy were very adaptable. I had many special requests that they professionally honored without complaint. Very reliable. They took good care of my things. I didn’t feel intimidated or like they wasted time. I would highly recommend them (hope they assist me in the future).
