Travis and Jeremiah went way above and beyond for the delivery of my couch from Costco. The boxes were larger than I remembered when I booked the job. Not only did they make the boxes fit in a truck, they opened the boxes, put on the footstools, and put the giant empty boxes in my garage. This was on a 110+ degree day. They were so helpful, friendly, and polite. I cannot recommend them and Lugg enough. I have and will continue to tell everyone about my Lugg experience and will definitely use them again. We need to move our Sofa and loveseat purchased at COSTCO. The COSTCO manager suggested us to use LUGG service. On Sunday, we paid at COSTCO at 11 am and left for home waiting. At 5 PM, the movers worked efficiently to deliver the furniture from 30 miles away. Thank them for their hard work. I will definitely use their service again.

First time using this app, the app was recommended by a worker at Costco, she said she heard of it and thought we should try it out since Costco couldnt deliever our product for us... and sure enough within 30 mins Steven & Robert met us in Costco, helped us load our 3 part sectional couch into their truck! Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.

They went above and beyond! They set up resident’s furniture, made her bed, and made it look ready for her to walk right in and be comfortable. They made this hard transition this resident that much less difficult and I am so very grateful for their hard work and thoughtfulness!
