Furniture donation pickup in Sacramento, CA

We love Lugg! We have used them multiple times and the drivers always went up and beyond. Todays drivers were no different. They were friendly continence and fast. They had to pick up a family item from Sacramento and deliver it to Fairfield. My sister in law, who was the pick up point, was impressed by how nice, quick and efficient they were. I HIGHLY recommend this company to any and all who have use for it! You will NOT be disappointed!

Abdul provided excellent service from pre-pick up ETA’s to on time delivery. Very professional and polite. He carried the two new patio chairs into my side yard, removed packing and took the debris with him. All I had to do was sit down and enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend Lugg. Worth every penny, considering the time saved and not having to lug the bulky chairs over a small pathway.

Mario & Melvin are awesome! In addition to the text updates from the company, they called to confirm the pick up location personally. When they arrived they worked in unison as a team and were fast, efficient, professional and courteous. I would gladly choose Lugg again based on this experience. Many thanks to both gentlemen!

I have had Steven and Anthony come to pick up items and also helped with assembly of rocker. They are excellent and reliable.

Great Lugg experience. Only my second time using this service and I have already recommended it to friends and family. Steven called to let me know ETA an hour ahead of time. Great app to track driving progress. Pick up at neighbors house went well. I was at work and had family members home to accept delivery of item. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t even have to be there in person. Yay! Great job Mario & Steven. Thanks so much!!!

These guys are the best! They work hard and never disappoint! Always happy when they get assigned to my drop off or pick ups and great with my client's as well. THANK YOU BOTH!!

Both the pick up earlier with other folks and the delivery were great...very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend Lugg and actually did this morning!

Derec was great and Darnell was polite but complain about how heavy the table was and yes it was heavy about 200 pounds. The problem was The double front door will only open on one side So I gave him instructions on how that would go through the door and also help them carried the table in. I gave you five stars because I am a business owner and I understand a long day and the last stop on a Saturday but there was white paint on the table leg that had to come off the van but fortunately I got it off with some goo gone. I looked at this table pretty close at the store because it was kind of a scratch and dent place for lack of better words but there seem to be a few extra blemishes but giving the guys the benefit of the doubt I covered them up when they furniture marker. I’m giving you this long winded message so the guys can always have a spirit of excellence and everything they do no matter if it’s the first or the last stop of the day. I know the furniture store also called for a pick up truck when it needed a larger vehicle which I had mentioned. Thank you for your fast prompt delivery which was appreciated. This is the first time using Lugg and was not aware of this kind of service.

My experience was great. From the pick up to the delivery address. They wrapped it well with a blanket and moving plastic to protect it. Which was great since it’s a heavy wood table. They worked well together, planned it out where I wanted then grabbed the item and put it right where I wanted gently. They were friendly and kind snd went above and beyond to place where I wanted it exactly and to keep it well protected.

Quick to pick up, move and take to my storage unit. Worked very well together. Happy and friendly. Perfect job!!!

I couldn't have asked for better Luggers! The couch I wanted to move in was heavier and larger than I anticipated but Steven & Anthony got the job done in a timely and professional manner. Not only did they pick up the couch in Sacramento and drive it all the way to San Francisco but they wrapped the couch for protection and moved it into my apartment in less than 30 minutes. These two Luggers are awesome and I highly recommend them!

I'm not leaving a tip only because I'm being charged $37.50 for a "pick up fee" but they had already picked up the sofa and brought it to my house and I paid for that job separately. I'm not sure why this job is charging a pickup fee, but it's fine they did a good job. Thank you!
