Restoration Hardware delivery in Sacramento, CA

Our experience was absolutely amazing ! Roy & Darnell was absolutely amazing ! Great team work very expert they know what they doing. We purchase Restoration Hardware bedroom set and it’s hugh! All the set was spouse to go to our 2nd floor in our home it was almost impossible but Roy and Darnell knew what they doing, the whole process was super fast and efficient with them. Highly recommended!!

These guys are great! Unfortunately RH outlet messed up our order so they only gave our Lugg mover 1 out of 3 carpets. Derec and Darnell said they confirmed entire order before leaving and RH admits fault.

Sofa was delivered on Time at 4:25 pm. My scheduled delivery time was between the hours of 4 to 5pm. Both Rodrigo and Darnell were very careful bring the new sofa into the house, and first transfering the existing sofa into the living room. They couldn't get the sofa box through the front door and had to remove the box first. They were both very careful with the removal of the box so not to damage the sofa. Also very careful not to scratch or damage my walls, while carefully bringing the sofa into the family room and setting it up. Afterwards they clean up after themselves before they left. I will use your delivery service in the future and will let others in the neighborhood, that Lugg is a reputable and dependable delivery service. Great Service , Friendly and Helpful delivery...! Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.

They went above and beyond! They set up resident’s furniture, made her bed, and made it look ready for her to walk right in and be comfortable. They made this hard transition this resident that much less difficult and I am so very grateful for their hard work and thoughtfulness!
