These guys were great! THE BEST Luggers I’ve had here for my business pickups! They were friendly, efficient, and courteous. They took extra special care with the furniture moving and placement in the store! When there was a narrow spot to move , they were excellent problem solvers! I highly recommend these Luggers! Wallace & Adam were great. They were knowledgeable in what could go to the junkyard, stay for City of Santa Monica Bulky Pickup and donated to The Salvation Army. They quickly and efficiently helped me disassemble my shower caddy to pack into a moving box, clear/haul away donations in the garage and haul bulky pickup items to the alley pickup area. Extra points for clearing the garage of garbage. Than you both so much while I was panicking about not getting everything out in time. I appreciate so much service arrival within the hour.
Paulo was GREAT! Super friendly, punctual and very professional. He was very thankful that we brought all the times to the front of the door which helped loading them into the van quicker. He even helped bringing one of the items inside my place since it was raining and even took his shoes off to avoid making a mess. Next time I use Lugg I’d like to hire him!
Rory and Eli were on time, honest and efficient. This was a 500 pound stone table and they handled everything with grace. They were upfront about the damage incurred and helped me to navigate a fix. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Furniture was brought into the house and placed exactly where I requested it. Care was made not to damage Furniture or things in the house.
My place has a flight of 30 stairs and no elevator. Many a movers has struggled to get heavy stuff up these stairs like a piano. But the two made it look easy!!! They had great teamwork and communication.

I appreciated that they tried to respect what I had requested; like trying to keep certain boxes together & also like respecting not to walk on my tarps that I had laid out. However, I do wish that they would've folded up the tarp that was left in my transferred smaller storage space, or at least tell me that the tarp was still there, & so then decide what should be done with this "left behind tarp" Otherwise, I'm please with these two Luggers. 🙂 Thank you

These guys are fantastic! Ironically, Denis had delivered a piece of furniture to my home a few months earlier, such a nice surprise to see him again! Ralph and Denis arrived on time, were very polite and took away the items I needed Lugged. I was very pleased with the extra care they took while handling a tabletop; Ralph carried his own roll of paper towels and placed several on the ground so that my piece of furniture would not get damaged. Highly recommend using Lugg.
