It happened to be a rainy day, and they made sure our outdoor cushions stayed completely dry by thoughtfully placing everything in the garage instead of risking moisture outside. Our experience was absolutely amazing ! Roy & Darnell was absolutely amazing ! Great team work very expert they know what they doing. We purchase Restoration Hardware bedroom set and it’s hugh! All the set was spouse to go to our 2nd floor in our home it was almost impossible but Roy and Darnell knew what they doing, the whole process was super fast and efficient with them. Highly recommended!!
The initial booking was a huge problem, it took me three hours to book the truck along with aide from restoration hardware. Once booked the experience was great.
Alex is the best. Absolute professional! He took an enormous amount of pride in his work, he was extremely courteous with everyone and treated my furniture as if it were his own. He offered advise and provided solutions as the furniture he was moving presented challenges. I had restoration hardware furniture that was extremely heavy and difficult to move and he stuck with it and an amazing attitude. I honestly couldn’t have made the move without him, he even acembled the furniture. If you want the type of service a long time friend would provide then Alex is the man for the job.
Shawneice and Joy were fantastic! They helped sort out a missing item at the warehouse and made sure Restoration Hardware found it. And then they were able to navigate a huge and heavy console through the tight front door of my apartment. I didn't think it was going to fit but they figured out! Super strong Experts!! MANY Thanks!

I was assisted by some great individuals to get my issue resolved. They assured me that they would locate my table and deliver it to me. I had a bad feeling about my table being missing and through I should make the 2 1/2 hour drive back to the store. I then received a call from Jeremiah telling me he located my table and would be delivering it to me. This made my day....not only did he save me hours on the road but he provided excellent customer service. I want to thank all the Lugg staff involved in getting my issue resolved. Super grateful for my two movers Hector and Rhidon this afternoon…they made a tedious move between two homes over an hour apart so much easier…They cheerfully loaded up everything I asked and treated it all with care and concern…not a scratch anywhere! I highly recommend them and would book their services again without hesitation.
The pickup was great. However, when they got to the drop off location, which was the west side housing works location, they were told that bed frames were not accepted. I had specifically filled out that I sending 2 twin bed frames and 4 counter stools, and dishes. As I found your company on the Housing works website, and entered exactly what I was donating, this makes no sense. Then there was a question as to whether I had paid you as a company- Lugg, which I also didn’t understand as I had given a credit card and a payment. It seems you have no association with housing works, and these two people don’t seem to actually work for you. Independent contractors perhaps? They were lovely, but the process was a failure.
Alfredo and Allen were prompt and very friendly and professional in every way. They made moving my couch from the middle of LA to a hilly neighborhood a breeze.
Ziyair and Eric arrived right at the selected time slot, were extra careful moving a heavy marble table down a flight of stairs and into their truck in a busy neighborhood. They packed it really well, and unloaded it in my kitchen in a flash. Glad to have them!
I scheduled a move with Alfredo and Terry through the LUGG app. They are my superheroes! They were on time, professional, friendly and STRONG! They had to maneuver a very big item upstairs!!
