Communication was clear and professional from the start — they confirmed the delivery window, arrived right on time, and handled everything with care and attention. It happened to be a rainy day, and they made sure our outdoor cushions stayed completely dry by thoughtfully placing everything in the garage instead of risking moisture outside. These guys moved a HUGE restoration hardware bed for me and went above and beyond. It was wrapped beautifully and they even went so far as to give advice about how I can bring it up the stairs later. Very much appreciated!!
The initial booking was a huge problem, it took me three hours to book the truck along with aide from restoration hardware. Once booked the experience was great.
Alex is the best. Absolute professional! He took an enormous amount of pride in his work, he was extremely courteous with everyone and treated my furniture as if it were his own. He offered advise and provided solutions as the furniture he was moving presented challenges. I had restoration hardware furniture that was extremely heavy and difficult to move and he stuck with it and an amazing attitude. I honestly couldn’t have made the move without him, he even acembled the furniture. If you want the type of service a long time friend would provide then Alex is the man for the job.
Shawneice and Joy were fantastic! They helped sort out a missing item at the warehouse and made sure Restoration Hardware found it. And then they were able to navigate a huge and heavy console through the tight front door of my apartment. I didn't think it was going to fit but they figured out! Super strong Experts!! MANY Thanks!
Thanks for the awesome customer service that I received from Jeremiah. The day prior one of my coffee tables was left behind at the Restoration Hardware Warehouse Sale. I was assisted by some great individuals to get my issue resolved. They assured me that they would locate my table and deliver it to me. I had a bad feeling about my table being missing and through I should make the 2 1/2 hour drive back to the store. I then received a call from Jeremiah telling me he located my table and would be delivering it to me. This made my day....not only did he save me hours on the road but he provided excellent customer service. I want to thank all the Lugg staff involved in getting my issue resolved. Awesome Customer Service!!!

This was a 1 person Lugg light warehouse pick up to a warehouse drop off and one person pickup truck was all that was needed. Lugg sent a two person team larger truck and the job didn’t get closed out until well after they quickly dropped off and left the drop off location. I respect your workers and they did great but it seems Lugg billed us for more than the actual driving time/distance/labor needed perhaps because it didn’t close out upon delivery…. Either way I don’t blame the workers for the billing and close out errors but would like the price to be closer to what was quoted and expected. It really could have been done by 1 person in a pickup (Lugg Light) and that’s what I had ordered.

Joy and Edwyn were incredible. The reality is I stress over being charged per minute but they were friendly, quick, efficient, and hard working. They helped me move my bed & couch to another neighborhood and went above and beyond with their service. Thank you guys!

As a first time Lugg user, I eas amazed how easy this process was! At the recommendation of SummerHouse in Mill valley where I bought ky sofa, I used Lugg to transport my sofa to my house. Within a couple of minutes I was selecting "within an hour" for pick up. My sofa was delivered within 1.5-2hours! I was updated along the way and Boris and Andres were great- fast, professional and friendly! Will definitely ise Lugg again.
Both movers were very polite and friendly. Arrived quickly and placed my items efficiently in the backyard. Perhaps they should never ask to use the restroom, especially if they only see a woman at the house. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I said no to their request but gave them wet wipe all towels for their hands. Please do not let them know I mentioned this, but instead give all movers a fresher training of dos and don’ts. I will continue to use your services.
This was such an impressive job by these two. From pick up to delivery, they were fantastic. The parking in the neighborhood was tough and they were patient and we were able to snag a spot right in front. They were friendly and had a great attitude! I will use lugg again because of them :)

Johnathan and Jose worked non stop in a three story townhouse and got what we wouldn’t think would fit into a 16’ storage pod, on a very warm and super humid day. They are superheroes! My friend kept saying into the night and at dinner, “I just can’t believe they got all that to fit!” And they have a great sense of humor. I can’t thank them enough and will definitely use Lugg again when needed!
These two superheroes and their strength lifted and carried a piano down the stairs. They wrapped it in shrink wrap and blankets and then secured it with straps onto their truck. Did I mention it was a freakin piano!?! They then drive 2 hours and delivered it to my home. I live in a building with no elevator and on the 3rd floor. The only way to get to my unit is - you guessed it, up 3 flights of stairs that turn and twist. Can you even fathom that amount of strength and skill? I cannot. They did not even bang or scratch any walls! They were soft spoken and very friendly. Off they went to their other job site after gulping down huge glassful of water that I gave to them. Tipped them in cash. The best, hands down!

They went above and beyond to make sure my furniture was protected and they were more than accommodating with my neighbors coming in and out of the building/neighborhood. I highly recommend this team!

The GPS seemed to lead them to a non-ideal part of the neighborhood, which is an issue we have with our location. Fortunately they were able to redirect quickly once I found them. I appreciated that they scouted the building in advance. They were open to a suggestion I had which also helped. They were also willing to reorient the item.
