Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.

Caleb and Chris are smart and super positive and I think the best movers I’ve ever hired. They brought a sofa up a tricky staircase on the first attempt after the original contracted (through west elm) delivery folks couldn’t do it in 3 attempts.
Alberto and Francesco did an amazing job! They helped me move a dining table and six chairs from Costco to my home. The delivery involved carrying everything up the stairs, and they handled it with care — no scratches or damage at all. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend these guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They packed the truck quickly and with ease, and made a smooth delivery to my client’s new home, moving her from Mountain View to Stockton without any issues. They unloaded and unpacked efficiently, and were incredibly kind and patient with my client, making sure everything was placed exactly how she wanted. They also disassembled and reassembled her furniture with ease and efficiency, which made the entire process stress-free. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely book them again. When we asked them to try to fit a few more things into their truck, they were very obliging and resourceful in making that happen. They also helped us move some extra things at the delivery destination, which was very helpful. They were a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend them!!
Mardo and Abraham were incredible. They were efficient, careful, and calm throughout my project move out, such a welcome way to wrap up a long weekend. They were also really flexible and patient when I added an extra stop, and they went above and beyond by helping organize and place all the materials at delivery (which wasn’t easy work). I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness.
If it wasn't for Cinthia who booked the reservations at Costco I wouldn't probably been able to schedule my delivery so fast. The delivery occurred within the time frame. I was impressed! Thank you! I never heard of Lugg before yesterday. I will use again in the future!
