They use a new, nice looking very large, oversized van that held a lot & had my belongings protected. They were quick & both physically fit, able to carry a lot each trip to the truck. They wrapped the items I asked them to wrap were careful (used dollys) not to bump my things into walls or drop things. Women: I felt safe around them, they were professional, cleanly dressed & did not have that ick factor. They were moving my daughter out of her dorm, a suite with 8 young lady’s - Veritta

Great movers. Efficient, thoughtful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took a minute to plan the path into the apartment before bringing anything in, which made everything feel really smooth. One small note is the bungee cord used to secure the bed mechanism left a dirt mark on the white couch. I was able to get it out with soap and water, but something a bit cleaner or padded might help for lighter fabrics. Overall really good experience and I’d definitely use them again. - Matthew

Our movers were great and very helpful lifting a very heavy couch up three flights of stairs. We selected the Lugger lite option, submitted photos and described our couch for pickup but it was clear that the base fee for lugger lite wasn’t a fair payment for the movers. Our luggers were very clear and we were able to workout a fair price. - Sarah
