Great two person crew that moved a large motorized sectional in three large cartons down a muddy slope, while it was raining hard. They positioned the sectional perfectly and helped assemble and connect the cables. They also removed the empty cartons and packing materials. They were on time and worked very well together as a team in difficult rainy conditions.

Needed two strong arms, to remove a heavy, sleeper sofa & load it into my van. Good comm skills, well attired, timely AND very capable! I would not, could not, should not, ask for more !!!
One of the legs came off when loading and they had to go and get it from the van. They removed their shoes to accommodate our request. Very nice of them to do that. Already tipped them $10 in person
They did a fantastic job! What was, on the surface, a relatively simple task- moving a piece of furniture from a room downstairs to a room upstairs was not quite so. The chair was not only heavy, but also couldn’t fit through the door of the room it was supposed to go in. They were able to remove the door to get the chair in and then replace it. I was amazed that they seem to be prepared for anything! What highly recommend.

I had to have old sofa and loveseat removed and a giant sectional moved in. The new one was slightly larger and very difficult to fit almost didn’t make it but they made it work! They also got here quickly in the city from the Peninsula. They even wrapped the sofa to avoid damage very friendly and professional highly recommend!
I am very satisfied and appreciate these gentleman for getting the job done professionally. They were also help me to remove the original piece and neatly wrap the old sofa at the sidewalk. I recommend their services!

Excellent service. Uforma and Maksim went above and beyond moving a heavy wood cabinet to our upstairs. They had to remove a door in order to enter the house and then lifted the very heavy cabinet up our narrow stairs. We appreciate that they didn’t give up but were resourceful in completing a very difficult move. I recommend this Lugg team highly and will certainly request their services again.
Luis and Francesco were amazing! They were able to move the fridge from our neighbors house, who are in the middle of a move, to our home. It went really well, even though they had to remove the fridge doors and back door. No complaining about the many steps to our home either. Grateful to them!
Refrigerator was not removed from box. All packaging was left on refrigerator. We have never experienced this issue before. Not happy with this type of service. Would never recommend this type of service to others

Daniel & Karam picked up and delivered a couch for us from about 2 hours away. They were able to pick up our couch on short notice and they had great communication with me along the way. Since I wasn’t present for the pick up, they even sent a picture! When they arrived, they were kind, respectful, and efficient! Everything was wrapped and protected. Before they left they removed and took wrapping and helped put our couch together exactly where we wanted!
