Marcos and Raj were excellent. Super friendly and patient. They went above an beyond getting this cumbersome furniture out of our apartment without causing any damage. They have great attitudes and are hard workers. Lugg on the other hand as an app failed to deliver, allowing me to select Recology as a destination on a day that Recology was closed. They then blamed me for not looking into Recology’s hours. Why is Recology the first option on the app if it’s closed? If Recology is closed it should not be available. Luckily I have an office I can store the furniture in temporarily, but I had to drop everything I was doing to come here and I am stuck with it here now. I would like a full credit toward getting this furniture taken to Recology whenever possible. Thank you for providing and continuing to improve upon this service.
