Absolutely amazing team! They came fully prepared with dollies and went above and beyond to help me safely move large, bulky items across busy streets. They had incredible teamwork, worked extremely efficiently, and handled everything with so much care. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly we wrapped up given the number and size of the items I had. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience — thank you so much! - Faith

They were super nice and efficient. However, I would recommend that they wear booties for their shoes so that if you are stepping on carpet and so forth, then there are no issues. Next time, I will keep some for myself to give out as I shouldn't expect everyone to have them. In any case, excellent guys, great moving experience, very nice, they understood my instructions completely, no language barrier issues, so I was quite pleased. If I had a larger move I would not hesitate to use them. Even for a smaller labor job I'd be more than happy if they were to come back. Really pleased with their service. - Sahil

We tipped in cash--hope that's ok. These guys were amazing. they were so sweet with my elderly mom (where furniture was picked up) and I was impressed by how deftly they maneuvered around tight corners etc. they went the extra mile moving a few things out of the way (and back) so they could bring in some large pieces, and it was almost like watching them thread a needle getting my massive couch through the fench gate. - Tiffany

Julio and Julio were amazing! Friendly, patient (lots of people telling them different things), and moved everything quickly and well. Got a large/long heavy sofa up two flights and into a small apartment with a narrow hallway when none of us thought it could be done. Magic. Above and beyond. Even helped with removing the trailer hookup for our U-Haul trailer. - Heather

Pedro and Jonny helped move old furniture out of our house and then move a large 8’ farmhouse table upstairs to my new workroom. They found a clever way to remove the top which allowed the table to fit up our narrow hall and stairway and then reassembled it once in the room. - Laurie

Elder and Elder were truly amazing! I incorrectly wrote that I wanted the large item disassembled and they did it anyway adding time to the move. I already tipped them in cash and would work with them again. - Sophie

Jose and Michael were consummate professionals and the absolute best team we’ve moved with. They moved a Cortens steel planter and large volcanic rock—both incredibly heavy and challenging to move. There were obstacles on the way including Lugg not sending a second team on time leaving them to move things on their own, and challenging terrain to get it to our house, but they demonstrated great teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and positive attitudes. They are our preferred movers and we would work with them in a heartbeat. If the app would let us, we would give them 6+ stars ⭐️ - Andrew

They were very courteous and very patient about the fact that Lugg had majorly messed up. They arrived nearly 45 minutes after the end of the promised window and then had to wait approximately an hour and a quarter for the second team to show up because it took four people to move the piano. Furthermore, they were patient about the fact that they would be paid only pick up rate in spite of the fact that they were driving a large expensive van. That the customer should be guaranteed what they asked for is one thing but to then short workers who come to do the job is quite another thing. - Tarney

Their service was fast and careful for our new sectional sofa to be delivered. It required professional skills to bring large sofa through tight entrance upstairs, and by placing many blankets on the railing for careful handling. - Tamae

Francesco and Jose did a fantastic job bringing a Craigslist large media storage cabinet to us. They were prompt, and accommodating when I asked for photos of the item before I made the electronic payment to the seller. The item was packaged well and they brought it in quickly to our house. The lugg text updates were very helpful for coordinating with the Craigslist seller. Super happy with the experience. - Ann

Ferlan & Emanuel arrived within 20 minutes of the request. I am renovating an historic home and had several pieces of furniture to move from upstairs to downstairs. I have many dozens of boxes of materials that need to be moved to a basement cellar. Several large pieces of furniture needed to be moved outside. They were together really well. We had good chat and conversation while working very pleasant. I would highly recommend them for any move that you would need. - Julianne

Preparing for Your Vending Machine Move
To prevent damage and spills, please follow these preparation steps:
Empty the machine: Please empty the vending machine of all products and cash before the movers arrive. Loose bottles or snacks can shift during transport, throwing the machine off balance or damaging the internal coils.
- Power down: Unplug the machine and secure the power cord to the back.
- Protect glass: If the machine has a glass front, we recommend adding a layer of cardboard for extra peace of mind, though our movers will bring protective blankets.
- Measure access: Please measure all doorways and elevators to guarantee the machine fits through your building’s exit and entry points.
