It was late on a Friday evening and Christopher and Isiah showed up!! I needed two, big strong guys to do a tough job and I got exactly that, with a couple of added benefits. Both guys were thoughtful, helpful, resourceful, and both had a great sense of humor. It was dark, a lot of uneven stairs, heavy appliances, small doors--We needed muscles, teamwork and friends and we got all that, so HUGE THANK YOU to Isiah and Christopher for helping my family. My best to both of you in life and I will be recommending LUGG for the rest of my life; just a great service. We called in a pinch and they got us these two gentlemen in a huge hurry. It started sprinkling immediately after they started taking my appliances to my backyard. My floors are being refinished so they'll be out there for a few days. Eder was knowledgeable about how to disconnect the ice maker and they helped tarp the items so they're protected while they're outside. - Leigh

From the time I booked their services until the time they delivered my washer dryer to my house was 45 minutes. And only 45 minutes they zipped over to the sellers house, picked up two big appliances, drove to my house and deliver them to my laundry room, even offering to hook them up for me. he too must be magicians, in addition to movers.
