Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service in Phoenix that collects appliances from stores, warehouses and private sellers and sets each one down in the room you choose, for anything too big or too heavy to fit in a car.
Store delivery works when the date is flexible and the path inside is easy. It works less well when the appliance is ready now, when the only window on offer is a workday you can't give up, or when the spot it has to reach is up a flight of stairs and through a doorway you'd want to measure first.
Replacing a fridge or a washer is two jobs, not one - the new one comes in and the old one has to go somewhere. Both fit in a single Lugg as a second stop, and where the old one ends up is your call: the garage, the basement, a spare room, a donation center, or a recycler.
Luggers carry your appliance to the room you choose and set it where you want it. They don't connect water lines, gas lines or electrical, and they won't remove doors or hoist an appliance over a railing. A licensed hookup is a separate job for a technician once the appliance is in position.
