Wallace and Amos were really awesome! They were inventive with a difficult job of moving super heavy pots, one with a huge cactus in it! They were also careful with the pots. I appreciated their moving skills tremendously! Thanks guys! - Summer
Very polite, professional and friendly. They arrived early within the one hour window delivery time. They brought the new cactus right to it's new place in the back yard, unwrapped it and took the material with them. A+ service by Carlos & Bladmir, hope to see them again. Definitely use Lugg again! Thank you, Eric - Eric
Only thing was, that I ordered a pickup truck and got a van instead. Since I was moving cactuses it would have been nice to have them standing upright. Everything was fine tho in the end. That was my only critique. Carlos was great! - Tyler
Sanjesh and Jalen were wonderful. They were the second Luggers I called because the first truck was not big enough, even though I had requested an XL. They came within 30 minutes to help the others with moving my things. They even took the legs off of my table because it they couldn't go through the door. And put it back together when they reached the destination. They even too a tall cactus that I didn't think they would do. Professional and courteous. - Linda
They moved a 7 foot tall very heavy and expensive cactus for us. They didn’t break it and helped my husband put it where it goes in our yard. Great job! Thank you! - Erin
Thanks guys!! They were super dealing with moving a large cactus and putting up with all the spines.. - Hannah
They moved a 10 foot cactus into my backyard through a garage and up steps. Can't believe it. Thank you so much guys. - Neel
Super nice people! Thank you so much you guys rock!!! Helped me bring large cactus home without breaking. - Krishna
These two young men moved mountains today! I had alot of heavy potted plants they moved for me. Absolutely awesome workmanship, punctuality, polite, worked hard and steady. They were very willing to please! Thanks guys! My tip didnt show because I paid in person! Highly recommend! M Hunt - Marsha
Nice guys. They delivered a lot of my houseplants and other delicate items that arrived in perfect condition. - Kate
I really appreciate how fast and efficient the team was!! They moved even my awkward planter with a trellis! Made my year :) thank you both! - Kendra
Manuel and Kristoffer we great to work with. They assisted another Lugg team of two—Jose and Michael—to help move a massive Cortens steel planter to our home. They worked collaboratively and efficiently with the other team. We would work with them again. - Andrew
Jose and Michael were consummate professionals and the absolute best team we’ve moved with. They moved a Cortens steel planter and large volcanic rock—both incredibly heavy and challenging to move. There were obstacles on the way including Lugg not sending a second team on time leaving them to move things on their own, and challenging terrain to get it to our house, but they demonstrated great teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and positive attitudes. They are our preferred movers and we would work with them in a heartbeat. If the app would let us, we would give them 6+ stars ⭐️ - Andrew
Jamal took great care to make shre all my stuff was left pristine, for example moving my plant leaves out of the way before closing the van door. He was courteous and worked quickly and put in some major work!! Huge thanks to Jamal! - Cesar
Helped us locate the big plants we got and were gentle and kind!!! These guys were absolutely great 😊 - Dani
I think teamwork and efficiency are on the top of the list. I’m I am recommending Luggers to my friends and hope to have the same guys back to move the plants home. - kara
Good communication and worked well in getting a large, delicate plant wrapped and then secured in the truck. - Paige
Victor and Ollie were wonderful and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you so much and I'm sorry it took so long to add the tip(I just finished planting and charging my phone!) Take care. - Mary
Such a great experience! I really appreciate them helping move my huge, heavy plant. Thank you so very much! - Bree

Jeremy and Sadiki took amazing care with moving my plants to my new apartment, which had been stressing me out the most about the move- it meant the world to be that they handled my plants with such care and efficiency! And also they were super nice and cool! - Amelia
