Lugg added an extra stop and wasted more time in my dime. I would like to talk to a human agent about this to be reimbursed - Rich

Fantastic job! Greiton & Jerald showed a genuine interest in making sure the job was done right: They asked the right questions, followed my instructions, and ensured that my items were transported safely and securely. I needed this job to go smoothly; and they really came through. I can't thank you enough!! Thanks again!! - Melanie

Leonel and Marc were outstanding. They arrived right on time, communicated well, and were professional and polite throughout the whole move. They loaded up a heavy 56" toolbox from Harbor Freight without any issues, then handled moving furniture between houses efficiently and carefully. Quick, proper work from start to finish. Highly recommend them both! - Brad

The app doesn’t update the drivers with what time I requested and both times they can early which makes planning difficult and costs me additional labor. Please fix this and reimburse me for that time! It’s very stressful. The movers were great no notes - Leonard

Melvin and Kuron were professional, efficient and friendly. We ran into issues with the COI approval from our building and then freight elevator issues, but they were so understanding and patient with us. We will use them again in our next move. - Matthew

We had a fantastic experience working with Greiton and Deshawn from Luggers. From start to finish, communication was clear, professional, and timely, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. Greiton and Deshawn were knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. They showed up on time, worked carefully and cleanly, and paid close attention to detail to make sure everything was done right. They went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. It’s refreshing to work with a team that is both highly skilled and genuinely easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Luggers, especially Greiton and Deshawn, to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. - Bianca

The fact I had to help with the moving of furniture, I don’t believe is fair when I paid for that service, but I’m not going to deny someone help. However, I would like a bit of a reimbursement for my efforts since I didn’t receive full service. - Alvie

Greiton and Lesley were the best. The job was to haul a very heavy cabinet up steep stairs and, though I said neither was the hulk, I was wrong. They did the job in short order. And a stray cat that’s very hungry dashed in while none of us was looking. Lesley grabbed her as she tried to open the cupboard on the counter and got her back into the wild. - Ann

They were amazing. Unlike others they followed our instruction and were already at our freight elevator. Compared to others we have to first tell them how to find the loading dock even after all the instructions. They were fast and friendly. - Unaiza

Diego and Andreia are wonderfully helpful. They moved a big pickup full of plants in large pots that I could’ve never moved by myself. They created efficiencies to move everything more quickly. They took great care of the plants. They dealt with spiderwebs, dirt, leaves, and pollen on these outdoor plants. They are both strong and willing to get the job done quickly. They also helped me move boxes at my destination. I highly recommend this team! - Lori

This is my third time using Lugg and it continues to exceed expectations. We had an incredible experience with Rahul and Nicolas. They helped us move a heavy couch from an office building to our home, and went above and beyond by arriving early to figure out logistics with the freight elevator and parking. They were thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend and use them again. - Salina

Martino and Jaequan came to deliver a bed and when they arrived I was struggling to take apart the bed I had to remove. They helped to take apart the old bed and they put together the new one- which would have taken me a long time and reinforcements to figure out. I was having a hard morning and was so grateful for their help. They were also prompt and communicative. I would definitely recommend them. - Maura

Michael and Jesse were very accommodating during my move. They waited for a half hour when we arrived at the destination because another move was underway and there was only one freight elevator available for use. Despite the inconvenience, they happily conversed with me while we waited, and handled my items with care. They did an excellent job with the move, and I highly recommend their services. - Joy
