Cesar & Z were professional, courteous and both possessed versed knowledge in completing our move in the most efficient, maneuvered, & packaged way so the process was quick and stress free. These two made it effortless. They definitely need a raise or some kind of edge over their colleagues for the bags that go to finishers. Cesar and Z are fantastic at their jobs!! - Bryan
Abraham and David made a stressful move seamless. Appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to make the whole move, packing up and moving into storage, smooth efficient and easy. We are so grateful to them and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a stress free move, these are the guys! - Ashley
Luis and Guillermo were incredible. I’ve never used the service before. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. They absolutely knew what they were doing. They brought the right equipment. They knew how to pack my furniture. They knew how to unpack it and organize it appropriately. cannot recommend enough! - Tracy
Both fellas were on-time, friendly, and very professional. They unpackaged & assembled the furniture, then gathered up the packaging swiftly and with no issues. They were in & out in no-time and were willing to move furniture around until we were satisfied with "the look." Great guys with awesome attitudes! :) - LATEASHA
He was amazing!! we were a little scattered, and he made sense of all of it packed everything up and made it work! I would definitely hire him again - Marie-Terese

Fast and efficient, only wish I had known Lugg does not take the packaging material to trash. Nothing against the delivery guys - Heather
10 stars if I could! Showed up early, great disposition, had all the necessary pads and packing materials and were super efficient. I tipped in cash. Thanks Lugg! - Christine
Oscar and Jorge we're really wonderful. Very friendly, very quick and efficient, and everything was packed at an expert level. It was really remarkable and I am grateful. - Charles
Jahlil and Geomar were amazing. They were able to move so many heavy boxes quickly and easily. They were cooperative, quick, and came perfectly on tome. I would hire them again. They were respectful of my home and made sure that the boxes were packed safely into their van. They made sure the packages got safely to their destination and loaded and unloaded them with care. I literally sat back and let them do all the work, they were phenomenal! - Jawad
Both Charles and Austin were amazing! I purchased an item off of Facebook marketplace, and the seller raved about the care and attention they put into packing a very large and heavy piece of furniture. Then when I received it, they gave everything the same TLC. They are friendly, personable young men and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them in the future! - Kimberly
I literally never leave reviews, but my experience with Colby and Kendrick was too good not to. They were absolutely phenomenal. They worked so well together and honestly should always be paired together. They came in and meant business. They were fast, efficient, personable, kind, and incredibly intentional with my belongings. The way they packed everything, handled everything, and paid attention to every little detail was unmatched. They somehow made moving, which is usually so stressful, actually feel fun and easy. They far exceeded my expectations, and I was seriously blown away by the entire experience. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about them. I would recommend Colby and Kendrick to literally anyone. So, so grateful for them. - Alyssa
Joanys said Cesar were excellent movers. They were on time, courtesy, professional and great customer service. I wanted my items placed in my storage unit a certain way. They packed the van so that unloading made it easier to place in my unit exactly the way I wanted. I really appreciate their assistance. Will use Luggs again for my small moving needs. Another perk was that I was upgraded for free from a pick up truck to XL van without an additional charge due to availability. Thank God for favor! Way to go Luggs in providing exceptional customer service. That’s how you keep customers coming back and referring others. - Terri
These guys worked so fast and efficiently. Anthony did an amazing job organizing and packing my car with such precision. It’s going to be so easy to find what I’m looking for when I need something. He left me with a clear field of vision from every angle. I have a 31 hour drive, so I appreciate feeling safe. Malik was friendly, kind, and incredibly hard working. The stairs are both steep and winding. Many of my belonging were incredibly heavy. With armfuls of items, Malik flew up and down those stairs like he had wings. After all of that, he even grabbed several bags of my garbage and took them down to the can. I’ve been running off of 3 hours sleep in 2 days, packing and cleaning nonstop. That act of kindness was very much needed and appreciated. Thank you guys for all of your hard work. - Amanda
Christian was super efficient and thoughtful about packing and transporting some household items for me. Highly recommend! - Michele
Donovan and Luis were absolutely outstanding! They picked up my sofa from Costco, delivered it to my home, unpacked everything, and assembled it with incredible care and efficiency. They were both so friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. They handled my furniture as if it were their own, made sure everything was assembled perfectly, and left the area clean when they were finished. It’s rare to come across a team that combines such excellent customer service with genuine kindness. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Donovan and Luis to anyone who needs delivery or assembly services. Thank you both for making the entire process completely stress-free! - Athena
Incredible!!!! They were efficient, careful and packed everything securely. So grateful and could not recommend them enough!!! - Sydney
Carlos and Francisco were helpful, quick and careful. They loaded a small moving truck for us. They offered good advice and were careful packers. - Judi

Salvador was great! He patiently waited while I checked out the TV and helped unpack the TV. Both Mike and Salvador were friendly and great. - mayur
Michael & Emmanuel did a great job with my Facebook marketplace delivery. They kept me informed throughout the process. Also they did a great job packing the furniture to make sure it was well protected. Will definitely work with them again. - Amanda

Lugg can move almost anything that fits safely in your chosen truck, furniture, boxes, appliances, décor, business inventory, gym equipment, and more. Whether you're moving into, out of, or between StorageMart storage units, Lugg movers handle the heavy lifting so you don't have to.
No, Lugg does not operate storage facilities. We specialize in moving and delivery and can take your items to or from your StorageMart unit, including transfers between different facilities.
Yes, your Luggers can carefully arrange your boxes and furniture to optimize space usage, provided the items can be safely stacked and the facility permits it.
Yes, book Movers only with Lugg: enter your StorageMart facility address, tap Movers only, then pick your crew size. Your Luggers handle the rest, and there's no truck to book.
Yes, Lugg can transport your items from one storage location to another, even across cities, as long as both addresses are within our service area in the Greater area.
While we cannot recommend specific sizes, your movers can give you feedback on-site if your chosen unit seems too small or too large for your belongings.
Pick the truck that fits what you're moving. Almost every option is a two-Lugger booking, so crew size isn't usually the decision — the Lugg Lite is the exception.
Tip: Pickup trucks carry a tarp for light rain, but book an enclosed truck — Van, XL, Box or Box+ — if heavier rain is forecast. When in doubt, size up.
Not all box trucks have a lift gate. If your StorageMart move needs one, say so in the 'What are you moving?' field when booking and Lugg will do its best to accommodate.
Yes, you can book more than one truck and crew for big storage cleanouts or multiple-unit moves. Just book another Lugg for the same time window, and we'll coordinate the additional crew and truck.
Lugg prices every booking as a base fare for the vehicle you pick, a per-mile rate for the distance between your stops, and labor billed by the minute with no hourly minimum. You'll see your upfront estimate before you book, including a small variable booking fee, and rates vary by city.
The vehicle you pick sets most of the price, so a single piece of furniture in a Lite or Pickup costs much less than a full apartment in a Box. Routes over 30 miles add a long-distance fee, which is already in your estimate, and a Movers only job has no mileage at all.
Yes, wait time and any additional stops are billable. To avoid extra charges, please ensure your StorageMart facility access is arranged and your unit is available before your crew arrives.
We recommend being present to provide gate codes, confirm your StorageMart unit location, and direct the crew. If you can't be there, make sure your storage facility allows third-party access and that you've shared any required codes or authorizations before move day.
Yes, you can schedule your Lugg within your StorageMart facility's access hours, and we'll take care of the rest. It's always a good idea to double-check their hours before booking.
If you're on-site, you can guide the crew through access points. If not, include your StorageMart units gate code, key card, or instructions in the booking notes, and your Lugg crew will use those details to access your unit following the facility's rules.
Yes, you'll need to pack before your crew arrives, because Lugg does not provide packing services or supplies. Please box or bag any small, loose, or fragile items, including kitchenware, electronics accessories, office supplies, dorm essentials, and any items that could shift during transport.
Your Luggers will bring moving supplies and equipment to protect furniture and larger pieces, but having your items packed ahead of time helps keep your move quick, organized, and damage-free.
No problem, your Lugg crew can assist with any basic disassembly or assembly needed. If an item cannot be made to fit, you may need to rent a larger StorageMart unit or have the item returned to your pickup location.
Every Lugg StorageMart move includes professional moving equipment, straps, dollies, moving blankets, and stretch wrap to protect your items and your space, plus a basic toolkit for light disassembly or reassembly. Pickup trucks also come equipped with a tarp for weather protection. Your Luggers will wrap fragile or bulky pieces for safe transport, take care to avoid damage to floors, walls, and elevators, and know how to get heavy furniture, appliances, and other large items through tight spaces, stairs, and doorways. This helps ensure a smooth, efficient StorageMart move from start to finish. We do not provide moving boxes or mattress covers. Please have these items ready if needed.
We always recommend inspecting your items upon arrival in your new space. In the rare event that damage occurs to your item(s) or your property, our Support Team will promptly review the issue, coordinate any necessary repairs or replacements, and work with you to make things right.
To file a damage claim, get in touch through our contact page or use live chat. We'll guide you through the next steps and may ask you to hold the item while we review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
