The move went according to plan. They even had to disassemble the unit before they moved it. Everything showed up with no damage. The loft looks really nice.
Edison and Juan are the hardest workers ever! Moved some super heavy furniture from the RH outlet up stairs to our loft. They’re the best!
Genaro and Juba helped disassemble, move, and reassemble multiple pieces of furniture. They did a great job and were quick and efficient. They also even helped me move a desk up into a loft space which was challenging as the desk was heavy and the stairs narrow -- practically a ladder. But they made it look effortless. Thank you for your help!
Creative use of a step ladder to move a heavy 6 drawer dresser up and over a railing the mezzanine of the loft. Installed the drawers which tricky and required to trial and error. Over and above! Many thanks!
These guys were very accommodating with an alternate route to my loft do to an elevator that was out of service. They were very carful with my chair. AAA service.

Christopher was amazing, brought the chair up to my loft and placed in my living room. Very nice guy, pleasant and cooperative!! I will use Lugg again when needed!!!
He showed up on time (5 minutes early actually!) and had a bunch of blankets and things to help pad the loft bed that I needed help moving. He was very careful helping me move the large shelf section and desk sections down 2 flights of stairs which had a tight turn. After we got it into the truck he had a tarp to cover the load and proper ratcheting straps to hold it all in place. Unloading it at my new place was just as easy and he helped unload it all just as carefully.
They were amazing!! Super fast and nice! They took about 10-15 minutes to load and unload my mattress, couch, full body mirror, bed frame, and helped disassemble a dresser up in a loft and dispose of it! Couldn’t have been a better experience! Including a 30 minute drive, the whole process took a little over 1 hour.

The movers were very well on time, and communicated with me constantly about their arrival to both the pickup and drop off location. I had a tricky move where we brought down an armoire off a loft using a spiral staircase. Wally & Chris were very thoughtful in how to manage it, and moved the armoire carefully. There were a few scruffs—that I didn't care about—due to the nature of the space and the bar we had to rest the armoire on in order to move it, and Wally was very apologetic about it. Seriously, I would've just wiped it off, but it was so nice that he acknowledged it genuinely.
Both Danny and Mauricio were really skilled at bringing up heavy furniture up the narrow loft stairwell! Danny also went it of his way to help me carry a new mattress delivery I got that day. Thanks!
Everything went great, it was a tricky title move. Taking a linen tower up and over the loft balcony. At first I was afraid it just wasn't possible but I'm very happy how everything worked out.
John and Robert were wonderfully efficient! They moved all of my main furniture all the way across SF, and the total process took less than an hour. They also helped with the setup of my new room--I had bought a new loft bed for the smaller space; and they situated the mattress on top for me. (I have no upper body strength so all of this would have been impossible otherwise). Also, Lugg was cheaper than all the other companies because there's no 3 hr minimum. I highly recommend Lugg and will definitely use them again in my next move! :)

Both of them were very polite and professional. There was a little damage that was due to the weight that scraped on to the stairwell from one of the Movers when the other Mover had to grab something out of the truck. The piece was too heavy for both of them and I feel like three men would’ve been better.
