They took the time and effort to be gentle with my items and the house! They took apart and moved a Sleep Number bed, it was hard and heavy to carry, and I had a lot of narrow stairs. They crushed it!! They did such a good job and were very friendly and positive the whole time!
My sleep number bed was not properly taken care of. There is now dirt stains that seem near impossible to clean. My computer chair that I purchased from Ligne Roset that is a felt material wasn't properly handled and now is tainted in the back. This situation caused a horrible argument between my father and I. Reading the FAQ Page, it states clearly that I can sit back and relax and not have to monitor the movers.
They were wonderful! They helped move some additional furniture and repair some loose parts on the bed frames.
Jose was excellent! I had to move some nightstands upstairs that also subsequently required me moving a bed a rug a living room set and a rug pad - Jose was helpful every step of the way. And even went so far as to help me clean up! He worked with another Lugger as well - can’t recommend him enough!!
Greg and Erik were quick and careful with our move. I needed a sofa bed moved to my new apartment and they were kind enough to also include my new TV console. Their teamwork was awesome and they were so friendly and made the whole moving process great when it could’ve been stressful. We definitely recommend Lugg and this team for future movers. 
I can’t recommend Kevroy and Daquan enough. They were on time, professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout my move. They handled a very heavy adjustable bed frame, a large bookcase, a full-size mattress, a 60-inch TV console, and a four-drawer dresser with real care and skill, and they navigated two walk-up apartments with no elevators and narrow hallways like pros. They stayed upbeat and friendly even with the difficulty of the job, and they made a stressful move feel much more manageable. I’m really appreciative of their help and would absolutely hire them again!!
They were very professional and friendly. They verified job details, determined the best way to move forward. There was hardware with the bed. They asked for a ziplock bag to keep the hardware with the bed. They kept me informed regarding arrival. Will definitely use them again!
Great movers. Efficient, thoughtful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took a minute to plan the path into the apartment before bringing anything in, which made everything feel really smooth. One small note is the bungee cord used to secure the bed mechanism left a dirt mark on the white couch. I was able to get it out with soap and water, but something a bit cleaner or padded might help for lighter fabrics. Overall really good experience and I’d definitely use them again.
Never had a better experience when it comes to moving furniture. Both Christopher and Paulo were friendly and moved our dresser in without any issues. Even put it in our bedroom! Would love to work with them again should the need arise. Thank you both!!

Jorge and Oscar were fantastic. They made multiple stops to pick up a piano and a bed on the way to our house, and everyone I coordinated with said that they were so friendly and excellent movers. They went above and beyond in moving the piano. So thankful!

They came about 40 minutes past 12 (expected them to come between 11-12), but they let me know they were running late and told me what time they’d come, which was fine to me. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were very careful with the dresser and knew how to get the drawers out to make it lighter to carry. They had special straps which made carrying the dresser easier. It fit in their truck and they followed me to our home and they drove carefully so as to not jostle the dresser. After carrying dresser into my home and putting drawers back tbey moved another dresser out of the bedroom. That was impromptu on my part. They did it cheerfully and I would absolute recommend them to anyone needing moving help!

The performed a 3 bedroom apartment move for me (including stairs!) in a little under 3 hours. Remarkable. They were so kind and SO quick, while taking extra care of everything and making sure that everything I wanted moved was exactly as I wanted it. I would use them again for anything without question.
Marcos and Octavio went WAY above what was required and gave outstanding service!! They brought all of my furniture and boxes from two floors into a 3-story building, even took apart bed frames and reassembled them. They took great care in handling fragile items as well. Just exemplary service, very kind and friendly movers who were professional beyond belief. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, and great employees to be working for Lugg.

It was such a big help to have your help moving my items from Residence Inn (555 Glenwood) to Sonesta (1350 Veterans Blvd, South SF). 🙏🙏🙏 The situation I was put in was so difficult, with the attempted murder on my life by these violent criminals and murderers at Google (Sundar Pichai, Jeff Dean, Sergey Brin, Larry Page, Paige Bailey, Koray Kavukcuoglu, Yossi Matias, Demis Hassabis, Lorraine Twohill, Josh Woodward, Neal Mohan) who colluded with my landlord Jen Liu (who I assume was fired from Apple) in attempted murder, illegally cut my rent contract short from 8/31/26 giving me only 5 days notice (to 3/15/26) and I got out of there in 2 days. And I had to book multiple hotels because Sergey Brin, Jeff Dean, Larry Brin illegally hacked into hotel websites to book in mass all the rooms for the next few months in a way where I wouldn’t be able to book more than 4 days in one place. I’ve been sharing more about it at X.com/graceechoi and know you mentioned you’re not on Twitter but I’ll try to post to other social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook too. Please tell people about what’s happening with Google to the people around you, don’t use any Google products especially not X.com/googlemaps x.com/geminiapp x.com/gmail because Google is intentionally causing car “crashes” at scale in a horrifying way and please stay safe out there. It’s been a tough ordeal to go through as I report all of these violent horrifying crimes like attempted murder to SF Police Department and hold them to full account in a court of law but I’ve had the chance to meet neighbors from all over the Bay Area like yourselves and the help I’ve gotten from you both Jose and John has made the process more manageable and I’m very thankful for all that you did today to help. Taking apart the bed frame cleared up so much space, and I wanted to say thank you so much again for going above and beyond to help. On time and very helpful. I was expecting a full size pick up but this was a compact truck. You should specify the size of the truck and truck bed . Overall happy with the result
The pickup was great. However, when they got to the drop off location, which was the west side housing works location, they were told that bed frames were not accepted. I had specifically filled out that I sending 2 twin bed frames and 4 counter stools, and dishes. As I found your company on the Housing works website, and entered exactly what I was donating, this makes no sense. Then there was a question as to whether I had paid you as a company- Lugg, which I also didn’t understand as I had given a credit card and a payment. It seems you have no association with housing works, and these two people don’t seem to actually work for you. Independent contractors perhaps? They were lovely, but the process was a failure.
The movers arrived early and did a great job! Fast, thorough, and took care of my items. Even helped get a stubborn bed frame apart! Will absolutely use Lugg again!
Randy & Karam was helpful to disassemble the bed. That task took longer than expected but they were accommodating. Our stairs were also tricky but they were able to help us get everything into the house safely. Thanks!
May I request for a breakdown of the moving charge. Thank you. The move was smooth and without any hiccups. Wellington and Odvin were pleasant and responsive to our instructions. Wellington had initiative to assemble/disassemble my bed. Til next time.
