With an average 4.9-star rating across nearly 1 million verified customer reviews, Lugg is the trusted choice for on-demand Sleep Number bed moves in Santa Rosa, CA.
They took the time and effort to be gentle with my items and the house! They took apart and moved a Sleep Number bed, it was hard and heavy to carry, and I had a lot of narrow stairs. They crushed it!! They did such a good job and were very friendly and positive the whole time! - Tracey
Paolo and Martin did an incredible job moving 2 heavy adjustable desks from Costco. They arrived on time, called upon arrival, were quick, and were incredibly careful navigating the tight corners of my space into the 2 rooms of my choice. Anyone who has bought furniture knows how massive and heavy they an be, but these guys handled it with ease and absolute professionalism. Highly recommend Paolo and Martin. They made a stressful task look completely effortless. I would enlist their help again in the future. - Josephine
Friendly, quick, professional, and even put our mattress on the new adjustable base they delivered! 😃 - Karlyn
Both Edwin and Helvert really display hustle! I don't think they stopped moving the whole time they were on the clock. I hired them to unload my own moving truck and move all of my possessions into my third floor apartment. This included a very heavy motorized adjustable bed frame which they handled expertly with care and were able to fit into a very tiny elevator to prevent moving it up the stairwell. Edwin was especially great at communicating and understanding my request for the order in which things had to be moved in. They make a good team. - Thomas
With short notice, they were right on time and moved a heavy adjustable bed thoughtfully and efficiently! Thanks guys!! - Laura
Claude and Brandon were fantastic! Even brought both the base and queen mattress upstairs and assembled the bed base (adjustable platform) ! Couldn’t have asked for a better team! Thanks guys! - Liz (Elizabeth)
Kept me in the loop through the whole process. I did find that my bookcase is missing one of its Adjustable feet. But I don’t think it was your fault. My contractor will find a replacement. Thanks for your help. I’ll be sure to use you again - Gale
When the adjustable queen bed wouldn't fit into the bedroom, they had the tools and ability to disassemble the base and fit it into the bedroom! - Mari
Luggers, Makhlouf and Luis were very skilled at delivering the adjustable frame for a high-end Tempurpedic bed. First, they came in and asked to see where the frame was going. Then, they quickly brought it up two flights of stairs. Luis guided Makhlouf with his experience in how to turn the frame vertically, holding onto the sides, so the mechanism would not fold, pulling out the legs, and turning the frame so that it could navigate a small “four corners” turn through with 3 doors. They angled it through the bedroom door, asked where to put it and easily put it in place. They placed the mattress and plugged it in. This took some expertise. I am in immense gratitude for their skill, efficiency, and, above all, courtesy and people skills. - Alex
This is my first time using Lugg. Victor is friendly, strong and polite. He helped me carry queen size mattress and adjustable base to my room. He is strong and really appreciate his help and service. Highly recommend! - martin
These guys were super hero’s today. They had a difficult task and they nailed it. Moving a HEAVY queen size adjustable machine bed frame up an apartment flight of stairs isn’t easy. They did it! So thankful to them. - Maria
Rick and Fernando were very fast especially considering that my adjustable base bed was extremely heavy. Very pleased with the move! Thank you! - Laura
This is my first time using Lugg, and I will definitely use it again when I have something heavy to move! Nestor and Beau were on-time, friendly, courteous, polite, and quickly and easily moved a 200 lb + adjustable queen bed and memory foam mattress into my pick up. Thank you! Stephanie - Stephanie
Jairo and Johnny were punctual, brought the perfect vehicle, took the utmost care, and expertly made a flawless delivery of the queen-size sleigh bed frame to our upstairs bedroom. If we have more furniture to move in the future, we will definitely request them! - Julie
Went above and beyond to move my stuff especially my bed frame up 2 flight of stairs. Very professional, communicative and innovative. - Leah
They were great! Knew how to take apart the bed frame were very efficient and friendly and even problem solved getting the frame in at the drop off location. Would highly recommend. - Destiny
I was a little concerned when the seller of the bed frame I purchased sent photos of it being loaded in the truck and informed me the mover had not wrapped anything and had placed the wood pieces on the concrete. But everything arrived okay and he was very helpful unloading it into the apartment. - ANIKA
Juan and Maylon were so kind and so fast - I’m grateful because I don’t have an elevator so they carried furniture and large items up and down stairs, brought a cover for the mattress, were respectful to remove shoes to walk on carpet and even brought some equipment to dissemble and reassemble a bed frame. I’m so relieved and thankful for their help!! - raquel
Avigdor and Jorge were professionals. They moved our special needs mattress and bed frame. They went above and beyond and carefully packed the furniture with pads to ensure they were protected. Thanks!! - Christian
Very timely, had all the right tools and helped disassemble the bed frame in record time, and was a super hero with the third floor walk up. Very friendly as well! Highly recommended. - Irene
They moved A LOT of furniture in difficult spaces and did it very well. Willing to get a bed up a ladder into the attic and even helped to repair a bed frame that had an issue from a previous fix. Really appreciated their willingness to help until everything was perfect. Would definitely hire them again. - Lily
Wellington and his partner were excellent. Came prepared with drill to assemble bed and moved older bed frame and mattress to garage Very professional!! - Laura
They were extremely efficient and nice and carried the bed frame up a couple flights of stairs which was really nice of them and I very much appreciated their help!! - Sanna
Omar and Davonte were fantastic! They handled everything with care and efficiency. They moved a heavy king bed frame and mattress from the garage to the master bedroom and assembled it perfectly. They also moved a twin bed to another room, repositioned a recliner, and aligned all the sofas in the living room just the way we wanted. Super professional, friendly, and fast—highly recommend them for any moving or assembly job! - Praveen

Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery platform in Santa Rosa where you book local movers to carry Sleep Number beds, FlexFit and other adjustable bases, and the mattress parts to a new home, across town or up a walk-up. Lugg movers carry each piece out, load it and bring it into the bedroom at the new place.
To take apart a Sleep Number bed, start with what it's made of. It travels in pieces: the foam layers, the air chambers, the pump, the hoses and the base. Before the crew arrives, use the moving guide on Sleep Number's support site to disassemble the Sleep Number mattress and cap the air chambers, then bag the hoses, caps and remote together and label the bag, so everything you need to set the bed back up is in one place.
A Lugg is priced partly on the time the job takes on site, so a bed that's ready to go when the crew arrives keeps that time down.
A base that loses power while it's raised stays raised, and it won't fit through a doorway that way. Lower it all the way first, then unplug it.
The base is the heaviest piece, and it's awkward to carry because the motor sits underneath. Lugg's weight limit is 125 lbs per Lugger, or 250 lbs per item on any vehicle that comes with two Luggers: Pickup, Van, XL, Box or Box+. Anything heavier needs more Luggers on the job, so book a second Lugg for the same time window. A split king is two separate bases, so check the weight of each one rather than the pair.
Bought a bed or an adjustable base at a Sleep Number store and want it home today? Lugg movers can pick it up at the store and carry it into your bedroom.
According to Sleep Number's website, the Sleep Number moving service, Mattress Relocation, is a paid service that moves a bed to another room in the same home and doesn't cover a move to a new home. For a move to a new address, book a Lugg with both addresses, and add the dresser, nightstands and boxes to the same Lugg. One Lugg covers up to 5 stops.
Luggers aren't Sleep Number technicians, so they don't take apart or reconnect the pump, hoses or air chambers. Do that part yourself with Sleep Number's guide, or have Sleep Number do it, and Lugg movers carry the bed in the pieces it's in.
Lugg is an independent moving and delivery platform and isn't part of Sleep Number or affiliated with it. Sleep Number is a registered trademark of Sleep Number Corporation.
It's simple! Here's the process:
That's what we specialize in! You can book a Lugg right from the Sleep Number bed store or parking lot in Santa Rosa. Your movers can often arrive for pickup within the hour, getting your new Sleep Number bed bed home faster than traditional delivery.
If you prefer to schedule ahead, you can book your Lugg for the hour of your choice up to 60 days in advance.
Yes, Lugg can pick up your new bed and then haul away the old one to a recycling facility or donate it to a local charity, including donation centers like Goodwill or Habitat ReStore near Santa Rosa. Just add an extra stop when booking your move. If you're buying from a partner store, that extra stop means your Lugg is priced as a standard Lugg, with labor billed by the minute at every stop.
Tip: Donation and disposal centers vary widely in what they accept, so we recommend calling ahead to confirm they can take your bed, along with their hours and any potential fees.
Yes, Lugg supports up to 5 pickups or drop-offs per Lugg, so you can coordinate multi-store pickups in one easy delivery. Just add each store as a stop when booking.
No, Lugg crews cannot complete payment at the store. Please ensure your Sleep Number bed purchase is fully paid for and ready for pickup before booking.
Lugg prices every booking as a base fare for the vehicle you pick, a per-mile rate for the distance between your stops, and labor billed by the minute with no hourly minimum. You'll see your upfront estimate before you book, including a small variable booking fee, and rates vary by city.
The vehicle you pick sets most of the price, so a single piece of furniture in a Lite or Pickup costs much less than a full apartment in a Box. Routes over 30 miles add a long-distance fee, which is already in your estimate, and a Movers only job has no mileage at all.
No, you don't! As long as you upload a clear photo of your receipt or order confirmation from the Sleep Number bed store in Santa Rosa, your Luggers can handle the pickup for you. Some Sleep Number bed locations may require additional verification, and we will contact you if that's the case.
Yes, upload your digital receipt or provide your Sleep Number bed order confirmation number when booking so your movers can easily locate your Sleep Number bed bed at the Santa Rosa store.
For stores inside our partner network receiving flat rate delivery, we will wait up to 15 minutes for your order at no additional cost. For wait times over 15 minutes, you may need to re-schedule.
For stores outside of our partner network, wait time is billable at your normal labor rate. To avoid charges, confirm with Sleep Number bed in Santa Rosa that your order is ready for pickup before booking.
You are responsible for measuring your doorways, hallways, and stairwells to ensure your bed will fit before booking. Your bed cannot be delivered because it doesn't fit, it can be placed in an alternate location at your destination or be returned to the Sleep Number bed store of purchase. If you prefer the item is returned to the store, you will be charged for the initial delivery attempt and for the additional return trip.
Please inspect your bed upon delivery. If you find damage upon receiving your bed, or discover defects from the store, note it immediately with your crew and contact the Sleep Number bed store for assistance.
If damage to your bed occurred during transport, please contact us to file a damage claim. We will ask you to hold your bed as we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Every Lugg Sleep Number bed move in Santa Rosa includes professional moving equipment, straps, dollies, moving blankets, and stretch wrap to protect your items and your space, plus a basic toolkit for light disassembly or reassembly. Pickup trucks also come equipped with a tarp for weather protection.
Your Luggers will wrap fragile or bulky pieces for safe transport, take care to avoid damage to floors, walls, and elevators, and move heavy furniture, appliances, and other large items safely through tight spaces, stairs, and doorways. This helps ensure a smooth, efficient Sleep Number bed move from start to finish.
