Jose and Guadalupe were not only spot on time, polite, efficient and professional - they were also friendly and kind. They wrangled in a big box with a recliner in it, set it up for me, and carefully broke down the box to have it fit into my building trash requirements. They were wonderful. Omar and Davonte were fantastic! They handled everything with care and efficiency. They moved a heavy king bed frame and mattress from the garage to the master bedroom and assembled it perfectly. They also moved a twin bed to another room, repositioned a recliner, and aligned all the sofas in the living room just the way we wanted. OMgoodness, they were so so nice!! They arrived early, and helped me with the feet of our new recliner, by wrapping the metal feet in a paper towel & tape to keep the chair from scratching the hardwood floors.I couldn't find our felt tabs that go on the bottom of the chair, so used folded paper towels, which they taped on. They were so incredibly nice & professional, big praises to both of them!! - Julie
