They did amazing. I had problems with Ikea withholding some items of mine and these gentlemen raced over there and made sure I got my stuff! customer service wouldn't answer my calls so they called me and handed the phone to them. Thank you!!!
Fabiola and William are really great! There was some system error for my IKEA furnitures, and they wait for one hour to ensure everything is fine. Moreover, they helped me to move furniture to my 4th floor apartment very carefully. They went much above my expectations!
Helped me get a cart in IKEA and bring everything to customer service for the return. I was juggling a newborn and a stroller and car seat and they made it all so easy!!!

Unfortunately, only half our order was delivered, not sure what happened…. Appears IKEA did not have the order together, even though they said it was as I left. I would definitely use Lugg again and Victor and Eugene.

Melvin & Luis did a great job helping me put my IKEA boxes into the bedroom on the 3rd floor. They kept the room clean and organized the boxes very well. I really appreciate their help.
These two were incredibly efficient with their time and absolute machines with lifting heavy boxes. They had to go up 3 flights of stairs with big, heavy, IKEA furniture boxes and did it like it was nothing. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
