I had what I thought was a simple situation for furniture donation drop off at Habitat for Humanity. Turns out they don’t accept bed frame (high quality wood) by itself. Diego was helpful in navigating the situation.
Tom and Steven did a great job get my stuff from Habitat for Humanity to our house. They kept us informed and let us know if there were going to be any problems, which there weren't. I couldn't be happier. Now I get to sit on my new sectional and take a nap...
These guys were STELLAR. I haven’t had to move in 10 years and was afraid it was going to be a miserable experience. These guys restored my faith (and then some) that there are kind, fast and easy movers out there!
John and Alex helped me move a letterpress I had restored and were super careful in helping to wrap and move it. After filling the truck, they also helped me get a couch out of a tricky entrance. Great service.
Exceptionally committed to solving a difficult problem: the treadmill was an unusual shape and size and wouldn't fit through any of the standard openings. Ronald had the necessary tools; he and Bladimir worked quickly to remove one component of the treadmill. They quickly and efficiently restored the unit to working condition at the delivery site. Great guys. Great job.

Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.

Caleb and Chris are smart and super positive and I think the best movers I’ve ever hired. They brought a sofa up a tricky staircase on the first attempt after the original contracted (through west elm) delivery folks couldn’t do it in 3 attempts.
Alberto and Francesco did an amazing job! They helped me move a dining table and six chairs from Costco to my home. The delivery involved carrying everything up the stairs, and they handled it with care — no scratches or damage at all. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend these guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
